    摘要: A method for electropolishing a manufactured metallic article, the method comprising: contacting the metallic article with an electropolishing electrolyte; and electropolishing the metallic article in the electropolishing electrolyte through the application of an applied current regime comprising: at least one electropolishing regime, each electropolishing regime comprising a current density of at least 2 A/cm2 and a voltage comprising a shaped waveform having a frequency from 2 Hz to 300 kHz, a minimum voltage of at least 0 V and a maximum voltage of between 0.5 to 500 V.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy anodized film having a superhydrophobic surface and an aluminum alloy having an anodized film with a superhydrophobic surface manufactured by the method. The present invention has an economical effect that an aluminum alloy, in which a three-dimensional shaped anodized film structure formed on the surface thereof is controlled in various forms, such as a pillar-on-pore structure, may be manufactured at low costs within a short time. The aluminum alloy with the controlled anodized film structure has excellent superhydrophobicity, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity, and thus may be used in various industrial fields, such as electronic device housings, LED lighting covers, heat exchangers, pipes, road structures, automobiles, aircrafts, ships, and generators.

Specifically, provided is an anodic oxidation treatment method for an aluminum material for subjecting an aluminum material to anodic oxidation treatment in a treatment bath of a polybasic acid aqueous solution under a treatment condition of a target voltage of 10 V or more, to form an anodic oxide film on a surface of the aluminum material, the method including, as pre-treatment of the anodic oxidation treatment, subjecting the aluminum material to anodic oxidation treatment in a treatment bath of a polybasic acid aqueous solution under a treatment condition of a voltage of 6 V or less until an electrical quantity reaches 0.05 C/cm2 or more, to form a pre-film on the surface of the aluminum material.
