    摘要: Provided is a sensor comprising a non-conductive substrate; and a conductive layer electronically printed on one side of the substrate, wherein the conductive layer comprises: an antenna pattern for transmitting and receiving a radio signal with an external device; a sensing electrode connected to the antenna pattern via a circular wiring for sensing an impedance change due to contact with a sensing target material; and a coating electrode stacked on the sensing electrode for removing an occurrence of noise of the impedance change. Accordingly, the present invention solves the problem of a sensor, in the form of a terminal, not being compact and the problem of high manufacturing costs and low manufacturing quality of a sensor manufactured using a deposition method in order to replace such sensor with a sensor manufactured by a printing method, and solves a corrosion problem of a sensing electrode, a durability problem, etc. that may occur in the sensor of the printing method.

    摘要: An exposure unit and a work piece support table are interchangeably mounted on an elongated, horizontal support arm. The support arm is a part of a screen-printing machine that includes a post to which one end of the support arm is connected. The post includes a rotor to which a plurality of printing screens are attached. The rotor is rotated to successively place the printing screens above the exposure unit. After the printing screens are exposed, they are removed from the rotor and washed to remove from them an unexposed portion of a coating that was applied to the printing screen. This unexposed portion of the coating is washed away, leaving a positive image on the screen where the washed away material was once located. This positive image reason will pass ink. After the printing screens have been prepared, the exposure unit is removed from the support arm and is replaced on the support arm by a work piece supporting table. A work piece is positioned on the table. Then, the printing screens are moved into position about the work piece, one at a time. Each is moved down onto the work piece and ink is applied to it for printing a positive image represented by the pattern on the printing screen. The exposure unit is provided with locator pins. A plurality (e.g. three) light transmitting, positive image carriers are positioned on the light transmitting top of the exposure unit. Each positive image carrier includes a plurality of locator pin openings in which the locator pins are received. The locator pins and the locator pin openings serve to position the positive image carrier in a predetermined position on top of the work piece.

    摘要: [Problem] Provided is a photocurable electroconductive ink composition for screen printing which can provide printability, printing precision and adhesiveness on a substrate good enough for screen printing, and can show stable electroconductive properties.[Solution] A photocurable electroconductive ink composition for screen printing, comprising: (A) an electroconductive filler, (B) a photopolymerizable resin precursor consisting of an oligomer of urethane acrylate, monofunctional acrylate and polyfunctional acrylate, (C) an alkyd resin, (D) two or more photopolymerization initiators and (E) a polymer dispersant, in which the content of the electroconductive filler (A) is 70 to 90 mass % relative to the total mass of the photocurable electroconductive ink composition, and more than 50 mass % of the electroconductive filler is silver powder in a scale-like, foil-like or flake-like form having a particle diameter at 50 % particle size distribution of 0.3 to 3.0 μm, and the total content of the photopolymerizable resin precursor (B) is 10 to 24 mass % relative to the total mass of the photocurable electroconductive ink composition, and the content of the oligomer of urethane acrylate is 5 mass % or less relative to the total mass of the photocurable electroconductive ink composition, and the content of the alkyd resin (C) is 1 to 10 mass % relative to the total mass of the photocurable electroconductive ink composition.

    摘要: A screen printing kit for children includes a housing defining an interior cavity shaped in a fanciful footprint configuration. The interior cavity of the housing is sufficiently sized to receive and store a plurality of screen printing ink tubes as well as a porous tip pen and cap together with a plurality of screens. A frame is similarly shaped to the housing and fits nestably thereon to complete the closure of the interior cavity. The frame defines a planar upper surface and a generally rectangular recess. The recess is surrounded by an inwardly extending lip defining a rectangular opening therethrough and a plurality of locating posts extending upwardly from the lip. A printing screen includes a rectangular frame member having an opening defined therein and a plurality of locating apertures cooperating with and spaced in correspondence to the locating posts. The frame supports a mesh screen of the type used in screen printing having an impervious film layer extending thereacross. The film layer is formed of a dissolvable material which reacts to the liquid within the porous pen to open selected areas of the screen mesh as the user draws upon the film layer using the dissolvinig pen. A squeegee suitable for use in the screen printing processs is received within an accommodating notch formed in the frame.

    摘要: Multi-colored designs are applied on a plurality of textile fabric or sheet materials with a silk screen printer having several platens arranged in two horizontal rows below a longitudinal heater which is movable across either row. The textiles, such as articles of clothing, are placed over respective platens and secured in pivotable hold down frames. A silk screen with a desired design is secured in a screen frame having a corner registration guide and is positioned against a main registration guide affixed to the hold down frame to align the design on the article. The color ink material is applied with a squeegee through the screen onto the article, and this is repeated manually with the same screen frame and design successively at each platen for several like articles. After application of heat to set the first color along the row of articles, another screen frame with a screen having a related pattern for the next color and another registration guide mounted on the corner of the screen frame is positioned against the main guide to apply the second color at the desired location on each article. Any number of colors can be applied successively using pre-registered screen designs secured in frames with guides attached to achieve precise registration. The longitudinal heater is moved across each row of article after application of each color to set the colors on all of the items in one operation.

Due to such construction, the operability of the entire printing operation is greatly enhanced.
