    Abstract: A rubber member molding apparatus (10) includes an extruding machine (11) that extrudes a long rubber member forward, a nozzle (23) provided as part of the extruding machine (11), an opening end (24) which is the front end of the nozzle (23) and a long rubber member extruding port, upper and lower forming rollers (13, 14) that sandwich the long rubber member extruded from the opening end (24), a gap (18) which is a location formed between the upper and lower forming rollers (13, 14) such that the long rubber member is sandwiched therebetween, and a molding drum (15) to which the long rubber member moved forward after having passed through the gap (18). The opening end (24) is in a circular shape as viewed in a front-back direction, and the area of the opening end (24) is twice to five times the area of the gap (18).

    Abstract: The tire repair tool is used for repairing a damaged tire. The tire repair tool plugs the damaged tire. The tire repair tool is configured for use with an impact wrench. The impact wrench is a pneumatic device that drives the working element of the tire repair tool into the damaged tire such that the tire repair tool can deposit a plug in an aperture formed through the damaged tire. The tire repair tool comprises a needle structure, a stop collar, and a locking nut. The stop collar and the locking nut attach to the needle structure. The needle structure forms the working element of the tire repair tool that inserts the plug into the damaged tire. The stop collar limits the depth of insertion of the tire repair tool into the damaged tire. The locking nut fixes the position of the stop collar relative to the needle structure.

    Abstract: An inflatable device repair kit may include an openable repair packet having a patch surface, a sandpaper surface and a packet interior between the patch surface and the sandpaper surface. At least one tube repair patch may be detachably adhered to the patch surface of the repair packet. An abrasive sanding texture may be provided on the sandpaper surface of the repair packet. A patch cement may be provided in the packet interior of the repair packet. The abrasive sanding texture on the repair packet may be used to smoothen an exterior surface on an inflatable device wall of an inflatable device at a break in the inflatable device wall. The repair packet may be opened and the patch cement in the packet interior applied to the tube repair patch and the tube repair patch applied to the inflatable device wall over the break to seal the break.
