    摘要: The corrugated fin production equipment is capable of easily separating a corrugated fin having high ribs from a die after forming the ribs. The corrugated fin production equipment comprises: a lower block; an upper block being moved to and away from the lower block; the die being provided to the lower block and having a concave section; a punch being inserted into the concave section so as to form the rib when the lower block and the upper block are closed; and a movable die constituting a part of the die including the concave section, the movable die being upwardly moved above other parts of the die so as to lift a part of the corrugated fin, in which the rib has been formed, from the underside after the lower die and the upper die are closed to form the corrugated fin.

    摘要: An improved machine for forming a plurality of thin, spiral grooves in the inner surface of a metal pipe. A grooving plug is inserted and held in the metal pipe in such a manner that its axial position is constant and the metal pipe, while being moved longitudinally, is pressed by a plurality of balls which rotate planetarily around the outer surface of the metal pipe at a position corresponding to the position of the grooving plug to continuously form a plurality of spiral grooves in the inner surface of the metal pipe. Thereafter, the metal pipe is finished through a die. The machine manufactures at a high rate metal pipe which has a smooth outer surface and a grooved inner surface.

    摘要: A forming machine (10) disclosed has an improved drive mechanism (28) for driving a pair of slides (20,22) mounted on upper and lower bases (12, 14) so as to provide forming of a workpiece for forming racks (24, 26) mounted on the slides. Upper and lower hydraulic motors (30,32) respectively drive the pair of slides whose movement is coordinated by a rotatable synchronizing gear (48) and upper and lower synchronizing racks (50,52). The synchronizing gear (48) is mounted by a connecting portion of the machine between the slides and is meshed with the synchronizing racks (50, 52) which are mounted on the slides by wedge adjusters (53) to adjust backlash of the synchronizing racks with the synchronizing gear. Both rotary and linear hydraulic motors for drivng the slides are disclosed. A pair of tie rod connections (150) preferably extend between the upper and lower bases to control deflection therebetween during the workpiece forming. Each tie rod connection (150) includes a sleeve (152) that is compressed and a tie rod (162 ) that extends through the sleeve and is tensioned in a preloaded manner to provide the prevention of deflection between the bases.
