摘要： A cyclone comprises a second or lower portion that is pivotable with respect to a first or upper portion about an articulation between a first position and a second position; the second portion being aligned with the first portion along a first or vertical axis when the second portion is in the first position, and the second portion being aligned on a second axis that is different from the first axis when the second portion is moved from the first position to the second position. In various additional embodiments, the second axis may be normal to the first axis, for example, in the first position the lower portion is horizontal and in the first position the lower portion is vertical and aligned with the upper portion. The second position may be used as a cleaning position. When the lower portion is pivoted away from the upper portion, the vortex is interrupted. In the second position, the lower portion may also interface with a suction mechanism.

摘要： A hydroclone (10) including a tank (12) with a fluid inlet (14), a filtered fluid outlet (16), an effluent outlet (18), a process fluid outlet (20) and a chamber (24) including an inner peripheral wall (22) centered about a central axis (X). The hydroclone further includes: i) a filter assembly (26) located within the chamber (24) which has an outer membrane surface (44) symmetrically located about the central axis (X) and encloses a filtrate chamber (46) that is in fluid communication with the filtered fluid outlet (16), and ii) a cleaning assembly (50) concentrically located and rotatably engaged about the membrane surface (44). A fluid pathway (28) extends from the fluid inlet (14) and defines a vortex region (25) between the inner peripheral wall (22) of the chamber (24) and the membrane surface (44) and is adapted for receiving incoming fluid. An inlet flow shield (58) is concentrically located about the filter assembly (26) and is adapted to block at least a portion of fluid flowing into the chamber (24) from the fluid inlet (14) from impacting the membrane surface (44).

摘要： A cyclone separator has an operative clearing member such as an elongated rod for clearing obstructions in a passage or inlet or outlet section of the cyclone, especially the vortex finder outlet and apex outlet. The elongated rod is disposed outside the cyclone during the normal period of separation and means are provided to insert it, for example through the vortex finder and thereafter through the apex outlet, from outside the cyclone when a clearing action is initiated.

摘要： A method of cleaning a powder coating production line, the method including: providing a powder coating production line including equipment, an automatic cleaning tool, and a monitoring device; receiving, by the equipment, an instruction of automatic cleaning, and allowing the equipment to enter an automatic cleaning mode; cleaning, by the automatic cleaning tool, the equipment of the powder coating production line; monitoring, according to a preset monitoring condition and by the monitoring device, whether the automatic cleaning is completed; stopping the automatic cleaning when the monitoring device indicates the automatic cleaning has been completed, or continuing the automatic cleaning of the equipment; and turning off the automatic cleaning mode of the equipment.

摘要： A vacuum cleaner including a cyclonic separating unit that includes a cyclonic separator having a separator axis and an end wall which is openable for the removal of dirt from the cyclonic separator, a screen disposed within the cyclonic separator such that it extends in the longitudinal direction of the cyclonic separator, wherein the cyclonic separator is movable relative to the screen between a first position and a second position in the longitudinal direction of the cyclonic separator; a catch arranged to secure the openable end wall in a closed position; and an actuator which is actuated to release the catch when the cyclonic separator is moved into the second position. In an alternative embodiment, there is provided a vacuum cleaner apparatus in which the actuator is enabled for subsequent release of the catch when the cyclonic separator is moved into the second position.

Moreover extensible filter assemblies are described. In one aspect of the invention, extensible filtration assemblies can be used to operate in circulating fluid filtration devices. 摘要： Cleaning assemblies and particulate tolerant fluid bearings that are particularly well suited for use in centrifugal separation enhanced filtration devices are described. In one aspect of the invention, at least one bearing is arranged to carry a circulating cleaning assembly such that the cleaning assembly can rotate around a filter membrane during filtering operation of the filtration device. The bearing is preferably arranged to maintain the circulating cleaning assembly in a substantially coaxial alignment with the filter membrane and in a substantially stable longitudinal position relative to the filter membrane as the circulating cleaning assembly is rotated around the filter membrane. In another aspect of the invention a variety of particulate tolerant bearings are described.
