摘要: A compact disc stack cyclone separator includes: a fluid inlet; a vortex generator which generates a forced vortex; a conical or cylindrical vortex generating chamber; a separation chamber which is a cavity formed by downstream open ends of stacked truncated cones; narrow gaps between the stacked truncated cones, a collecting channel for heavy phrase fluid from the gaps between the stacked truncated cones which installed about the outlets of the gaps at upstream open end of the stacked truncated cones to channel heavy phrase fluid to a storage chamber of heavy phrase fluid; and an outlet for heavy phrase fluid to flow out from the storage chamber of heavy phrase fluid, while the outlet of light phrase fluid is annexed to the downstream open end of the last stacked truncated cone which is the downstream open end of separation chamber.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a dust collector for a vacuum cleaner including a first cyclone installed within an outer case to filter out dust from air inhaled from an outside thereof and introduce the air from which dust has been filtered out into an inside thereof, a plurality of second cyclones accommodated in the inside of the first cyclone to separate fine dust from the air introduced to the inside of the first cyclone, and a cover member disposed to cover an inlet of the second cyclone, wherein cyclones disposed adjacent to each other among the first and the second cyclones limit a first space within the first cyclone, and the cover member forms a second space communicating with the first space between the inlet and the cover member, and a guide vane extended in a spiral shape along an inner circumference thereof is provided at the inlet to induce rotational flow in air introduced to an inside of the second cyclone through the first and the second space.

摘要: Disclosed is a cyclone separating apparatus and a vacuum cleaner having the same. The cyclone separating apparatus includes a first cyclone for separating dust-ladened air, a plurality of second cyclones for separating fine dust particles via a second separation of dust using centrifugal force from air which was previously separated at the first cyclone, and an inlet-outlet cover installed on the upper part of the first cyclone and the second cyclones. The inlet-outlet cover allows fluid-communication between the first cyclone and the second cyclones, and discharge of dust-removed air from the second cyclone. Because the plurality of cyclones separates dust utilizing a compact structure, suction force deterioration is prevented and dust-collecting efficiency is increased.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device for the improved separation of liquids and/or solids from a gas stream which includes a cylindrical vessel in which the gas stream is rotated by helicoidal blades for separating the liquid and/or solids from the gas stream. The separated gas is discharged through an upwardly projecting pipe. 摘要: An apparatus for classifying particles comprising a main body having a fine particle outlet and a coarse particle outlet, a classifying fan wheel disposed within the main body, and a first gas inlet channel for supplying the particles to the interior of the main body along with a gas stream. The apparatus further includes a gas passing member having a large number of gas inlets opened toward the direction of rotation of the fan wheel, and a second gas inlet channel for supplying a gas stream to the space between the gas passing member and the inner wall surface of the main body.

摘要: A cyclone separator having flow diverging apparatus adjacent the inlet end of the discharge tube for skimming off the outer layer of fluid flowing along the core vortex flow path and for diverting this fluid into the peripheral vortex flow path prior to its entrance into the discharge tube whereby the diverted fluid will be recirculated through the separator. By means of this diversion of fluid away from the discharge tube inlet, particulate fines contained in the core vortex flow path are prevented from exiting the separator chamber with the processed gas. These fines are instead recirculated through the separation chamber for further processing thereby to increase the particle separation efficiencies of the apparatus.
