Abstract: The present disclosure provides a traversal method and system, a robot and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: driving a robot to travel in a working region according to a predetermined mode and work synchronously; and adjusting the robot to continue working according to a predetermined first rule every time a turn sign is encountered, and adjusting the robot to return to the predetermined mode after the first rule is completed; wherein the first rule is: starting from the position where the turn sign is encountered, rotating clockwise or counterclockwise; after first rotation is carried out according to a first angle, continuing running for a first time according to the predetermined mode; and then, after second rotation is carried out according to a second angle in the same rotation direction as the previous rotation, continuing running for a second time according to the predetermined mode, the first angle being different from the second angle. The present disclosure is beneficial to improving the traversal ability and traversal efficiency of the robot.

Abstract: Electric lawnmowers comprise drive units and mowing units disengageably coupled to the drive units. For example, a drive unit can be disengageably coupled to any one of multiple mowing units (e.g., rotating mowing units, reel mowing units) collecting forming a mowing system. For example, each of the drive and mowing units may be equipped with corresponding mechanical-engagement structures that are configured to be disengageably coupled. Each mowing unit is equipped with its electric motor (e.g., for rotating the cutting blades or the reel of that unit). The electric motor may comprise an electric connector, which is disengageably coupled to the drive unit's electrical wiring. In some examples, each mowing unit can also form a liquid disengageable coupling for circulating a thermal liquid between the drive unit and mowing unit, e.g., for cooling various components of the drive unit.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for automatic sensitivity adjustment for an autonomous mower. An exemplary mower includes a drive system and one or more cameras. One or more processors are configured to generate a grass value by applying an image recognition algorithm to one or more images, instruct the drive system to autonomously adjust a velocity of current movement in response to determining that the grass value is less than or equal to a mowing threshold, determine a trigger rate that indicates how often the grass value is less than or equal to the mowing threshold within a predefined period of time, decrease the mowing threshold by a decrement in response to determining that the trigger rate is greater than an upper threshold rate, and increase the mowing threshold by an increment in response to determining that the trigger rate is less than a lower threshold rate.

Abstract: A grain tailings elevator for a combine harvester includes a an elevator housing having an interior containing a conveyor arrangement configured to transport grain tailings through the elevator housing to a discharge outlet. The elevator housing has a side wall with a window to the interior of the elevator housing. A camera having a camera housing containing an image sensor is mounted to the side wall of the elevator housing over the window with the image sensor in registration with the window. The image sensor is trained on the conveyor arrangement and configured to image the grain tailings transported by the conveyor arrangement through the elevator housing.

Abstract: An attachment system for attaching a crop saving accessory to a cutting header where the cutting header comprises a knife mounted along a lower front edge thereof and a discharge opening in a middle rear portion thereof. The header cuts plants and moves the plants laterally to the discharge opening where the plants move rearward through the discharge opening. The system comprises an accessory engagement mechanism on a rear portion of the crop saving accessory configured to engage a header engagement mechanism mounted on the cutting header. A first end of a tether is attached to the crop saving accessory and a second end of the tether is adapted for attachment to a tether location on the cutting header. The tether is configured such that when the accessory engagement mechanism is disengaged from the header engagement mechanism, the tether prevents the crop saving accessory from moving through the discharge opening.

Abstract: A lawn mower includes a main body and a power head mounted on the main body. The main body comprises a mounting shell recessed with a mounting groove. The power head comprises a motor assembly received in the mounting groove and a housing assembly covering the motor assembly. The motor assembly comprises a motor base assembled with the mounting shell and a motor fixed on the motor base. The bottom of the motor base is sealed and the side of the motor base is provided with an air outlet and a waterproof rib protruding from the air outlet for partial shielding. The installation bottom surface of the housing assembly corresponding to the air outlet at least partially overlaps the waterproof rib in an up and down direction. Compared with the prior art, the lawn mower has good waterproof performance.

Abstract: A harvester capable of autonomous travel in a field includes: a harvesting unit that harvests a crop from the field; a conveyance device that conveys, toward the rear of a harvester body, a whole culm of the harvested crop harvested by the harvesting unit; a detection sensor that detects a drive speed of the conveyance device; and a clog determining unit that determines a clog of the harvested crop in the conveyance device on the basis of the drive speed. The clog determining unit outputs a vehicle stop command that stops the harvester body when the drive speed becomes lower than a pre-set first threshold during the autonomous travel.
