    摘要: A commodity box, on a first and a second planes of which are formed a first and a second through holes, between the first and the second through holes is arranged a connecting member, and a transparent layer is attached to and covers the first and second planes. By such arrangements, the commodity in the commodity box can be kept from dust by the transparent layer and displayed clearly through the first and second through holes. Furthermore, in the first and second through holes is arranged a reinforcing rib for improving the strength of the commodity box.

    摘要: A blister packaging system is disclosed that is a sheet/film or sheet/sheet package designed to be easily recycled and may be of materials that have a high recycled content without degradation in performance. The blister package is composed of a thermoformed or vacuumformed front blister made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), PET-G or R-PET which may have a significant pre or post-consumer recycled content sealed to a back film or sheet made from polyethylene which may also have a significant pre or post consumer recycled content. The film or sheet back may be printed on either or both sides and is coated on one side with an adhesive which bonds to the blister in the filling/sealing process.

    摘要: A pallet constructed from paperboard has longitudinally extending runners formed from paperboard cores having various configurations and connected to a deck. In the preferred embodiment the cores form runners which are cylindrical members having notches transversely extending through the periphery, and the deck is formed from a number of elongated arcuate segments of cylindrical cores positioned within aligned notches of the various runners. Other notches are formed diametrically remote from the deck members for receiving brace members also formed from elongated arcuate segments of cylindrical core members. The notches in the preferred embodiment have a dovetail configuration with the narrow portion facing outwardly from the cores. The deck members are positioned in the notches with the convex portion of the members facing upwardly, while the brace members are positioned in the respective lower notches with the concave surfaces facing downwardly. A method is disclosed for forming the pallets including cutting of the elongated segments for the deck members and brace members.

    摘要: A method of using a non-wooden material to manufacture a shipping base is disclosed. Preferably, the shipping base is made from a plurality of non-wooden boards, such as those made from recycled siding materials or a plurality of particles secured together by a resin, and assembled into a shipping base. The boards are then glued, nailed, screwed or otherwise secured together in a desired shape. Additional features, such as styrofoam pieces and securing holes can be added as needed. By using non-wooden materials to make the shipping base, import restrictions, fines and bans on the importation of wood can be avoided to minimize the cost and burden of shipping non-wooden materials.
