摘要: A building manager includes a communications interface configured to receive information from a smart energy grid. The building manager further includes an integrated control layer configured to receive inputs from and to provide outputs to a plurality of building subsystems. The integrated control layer includes a plurality of control algorithm modules configured to process the inputs and to determine the outputs. The building manager further includes a fault detection and diagnostics layer configured to use statistical analysis on the inputs received from the integrated control layer to detect and diagnose faults. The building manager yet further includes a demand response layer configured to process the information received from the smart energy grid to determine adjustments to the plurality of control algorithms of the integrated control layer.

摘要: Systems and methods for managing power supplied over an electric power grid by an electric utility and/or other market participants to multiple power consuming devices, each of which having a Power Supply Value (PSV) associated with its energy consumption and/or reduction in consumption. Power flow to the power consuming devices is selectively enabled and disabled, or power-reduced thereto, by one or more controllable devices controlled by the client device. Power control messages from a controlling server indicate amounts of electric power to be reduced and an identification of at least one controllable device to be instructed to disable or reduce a flow of electric power to one or more associated power consuming devices.

摘要: A method for the economic assessment of residual oil zones (“ROZ”), support for the engineering of the design of CO2 enhanced oil recovery (“EOR”) systems associated with production of petroleum from ROZ, support of EOR operations, and subsequent management and monitoring of CO2 sequestered in ROZ is disclosed. This efficient identification and assessment of ROZs significantly increases the geographic footprint and target locations into which CO2 can be injected and ultimately utilized and permanently sequestered in a commercial fashion generating value to partially offset the parasitic costs associated with the capture of anthropogenic CO2. Microbial self limitation (MSL) conditions of an ROZ are exploited for the assessment and management purposes of the ROZ.

摘要: Computer implemented application to provide automated answers to zoning and real estate development questions by approaching the complex subject through the creation of modules representing the rules, property and process and accounting for user perspective. Real estate data, spatial data and municipal development codes, policy and zoning rules are transformed and translated into useable data enabling search, calculations, comparisons and visual display. The disclosed system facilitates zoning and/or land use development code impacts on a site selection search or specified location providing instant information about current and hypothetical building mass and use potential.

摘要: A user interface system for a process plant includes a graphic display editor to configure a process graphic display having a graphic display element representative of a process plant element of the process plant. The process graphic display is specified via configuration information set forth in a declarative language. A graphics rendering engine generates a depiction of the process graphic display during runtime based on commands derived from the configuration information set forth in the declarative language. The configuration information for the process graphic display may be stored as an object, which, for instance, may include first and second portions to define a graphical parameter and identify a data source, respectively. The graphical parameter may be directed to defining a graphical depiction of the process plant element and, to this end, may be set forth in a formal in accordance with the declarative language. The data source may specify a location or path for data indicative of on-line operation of the process plant element to be displayed via the graphical depiction.
