    摘要: In a multilayer band pass filter, via-electrodes and strip electrodes define inductors of LC parallel resonators in four stages. A capacitor electrode and a ground electrode define a capacitor of a first-stage LC parallel resonator. A capacitor electrode and the ground electrode define a capacitor of a fourth-stage LC parallel resonator. Capacitor electrodes define a second-stage LC parallel resonator. Capacitor electrodes define a third-stage LC parallel resonator. Among four or more of the LC parallel resonators, the coupling between certain LC parallel resonators is easily defined, and the attenuation characteristic of a filter is definable with a high degree of freedom.

    摘要: A low pass filter circuit (100) structure is provided. The low pass filter circuit structure includes first and second dominant inductor (114, 116)s, a first capacitor (120) and first and second shunt capacitors (122, 124). The first dominant inductor has a first end and a second end and the second dominant inductor has a first end and a second end. The second end of the first dominant inductor is electrically connected to the second end of the second dominant inductor. The first capacitor is electrically coupled between the first end of the first dominant inductor and the first end of the second dominant inductor. The first shunt capacitor is electrically coupled between the first end of the first dominant inductor and a ground potential, and the second shunt capacitor is electrically coupled between the first end of the second dominant inductor and the group potential. The first dominant inductor and the second dominant inductor are further coupled by one or both of magnetic coupling and parasitic mutual capacitive coupling.

The three capacitors and the first and second inductors are disposed on a top surface of the substrate. The third inductor is disposed on a lateral surface of the substrate. First electrodes of the first and third capacitors and a first terminal of the first inductor are connected to a first I/O terminal of the filter. A first electrode of the second capacitor, a second electrode of the third capacitor and a first terminal of the second inductor are connected to a second I/O terminal of the filter. A first terminal of the third inductor is connected to second electrodes of the first and second capacitors.

    摘要: A tunable narrow band radio frequency (RF) filter (200) includes an RF input (225), an RF output (227), a capacitive network (201-209) for coupling the RF input (225) with the RF output (227) and an inductive network (219-223) for resonating the filter at a predetermined center frequency. A number of semiconductor devices such as varactor diodes (215, 217, 229, 233) are used for tuning respective capacitors in the capacitive network (201-209). A single voltage source (Vc) is used for tuning each one of the respective varactor diodes for moving the resonant frequency of the filter over a substantially wide frequency range.

    摘要: In a multilayer bandpass filter, capacitances are produced between a ground electrode provided in a ground electrode formation layer and capacitor electrodes provided in a capacitor electrode formation layer. A plurality of inductor electrodes are defined by via-electrodes and line electrodes such that loop planes of inductor electrodes at least partially overlap each other when seen in a direction in which the inductor electrodes are arranged. The direction of the loop of the inductor electrode of the LC parallel resonator located (at a first stage) at an input end is set to be opposite to the direction of the loop of the inductor electrodes of the LC parallel resonator (at a second stage) adjacent to the inductor electrode of the LC parallel resonator located at the input end. Similarly, the direction of the loop of the inductor electrode of the LC parallel resonator located (at a fifth stage) at an output end is set to be opposite to the direction of the loop of the inductor electrodes of the LC parallel resonator (at a fourth stage) adjacent to the inductor electrode of the LC parallel resonator located at the output end.
