    摘要: The present invention relates to a leadframe having a plurality of connections for electrical conductors, a plurality of contacts and at least two outer current bars, and to a connecting socket having a leadframe as well as to a system for transmission of electrical power, in particular from a plurality of solar modules (photovoltaic modules), having a connecting socket such as this. In order to devise a leadframe which occupies as little space as possible, at least one connection (32a-e) is provided for an electrical conductor between the outer current bars (34a, b). This allows the leadframe to have a compact physical shape. The invention is based on the discovery that leadframes are used in the prior art to bridge the distances between predetermined contact separations, offering the possibility of producing, in one stamped part, strip conductors which have different geometries. Furthermore, a connecting socket having such a leadframe is described, and a system for transmission of electrical power using such a connecting socket.

    摘要: An electrically insulating bobbin surrounds the magnetic core of an inductor. The bobbin includes a number of channels to receive wire for making an inductor. When wire is positioned in the channels, the wire is wound around the inductor core, but insulated from the inductor core and the other turns of wire. Because the bobbin insulates the turns of wire from each other and from the inductor core, bare rope wire can be used to wrap the inductor, resulting in reduced size and weight and improved ease of manufacture.

    摘要: Prior power converters have utilized discrete components mounted on circuit boards of differing designs. Failure of one or more of the components requires testing each component to determine which is faulty. The faulty component must then be replaced. This results in significant down time for the inverter and can require stocking a large number of specialized boards. In order to overcome these problems, an inverter is assembled using modular circuit boards. Each circuit board includes components mounted on a multilayer substrate and a heat exchanger which cools high power components. When a malfunction of a component occurs, the entire board containing the failed component may be readily replaced so that inverter down time is minimized. The use of modular circuit boards also reduces stocking requirements and inventory costs.
