    摘要: The invention relates to a filtering network in HR-Si silicon technology defined by at least one cut-off frequency and comprising an input terminal for receiving the signal to be filtered and an output terminal for delivering a filtered signal. The network comprises a first ground line connected by its ends to first and second ground points connected directly to the ground plane, a second ground line connected via its ends to third and fourth ground points directly connected to the ground plane, a plurality of L/C resonant elements connected in parallel and linked via one end to one of the two ground lines and via the other end between them, by means of coupling inductors which thus create transmission zeros. Each ground line forming inductive elements via inductances the network comprises capacitive elements in series with at least some of said inductive elements, the value of the capacitive elements being selected so that the resonant frequency of the inductive and capacitive elements in series corresponds to a frequency lying outside of the bandwidth.

    摘要: A left-handed resonator according to the present invention includes: a series body in which an inductor component and a capacitor component are connected in series; and a parallel body in which an inductor component and a capacitor component are connected in parallel, wherein one end of the series body and one end of the parallel body are connected, the other end of the parallel body is grounded, and the other end of the series body is grounded. With this configuration, a −1-order mode is excited using only one unit cell including the series body and the parallel body, so that dimensions of the left-handed resonator can be miniaturized.

    摘要: Embodiments provide methods, devices, circuitry and systems for supporting or implementing functionality to provide a filtering circuit, and for providing a transmitter, receiver or transceiver incorporating the same. One embodiment provides a circuit for filtering signals. The circuit outputs a plurality of signals at a plurality of frequencies, each of the signals being attenuated by an amount determined by the frequency of the signal. The circuit attenuates signals output at a first frequency by an amount which is low relative to the attenuation of signals output at frequencies other than the first frequency. The circuit further attenuates signals output at a second frequency by an amount which is high relative to the attenuation of signals output at frequencies other than the second frequency. Responsive to a change in the control signal, the circuit changes the first and second frequencies while maintaining a fixed ratio between the first and second frequencies.
