    摘要: The disclosure relates to a coil and an electrical system including the same. Specifically, according to an embodiment of the disclosure, there is provided a coil including: main coil surfaces which are opposite each other and are substantially planar; and a multilayer film which is wound to form a plurality of loops which are substantially concentric, wherein the plurality of loops include an innermost loop including a first longitudinal direction end of the coil, and an outermost loop including a second longitudinal direction end of the coil, wherein the multilayer film includes a plurality of first electro-conductive layers which alternate with each other, and one or more second electrical insulation layers, wherein the first electro-conductive layer and the second electrical insulation layer have a width and a length which are substantially coextensive therebetween, such that the main coil surfaces, which are substantially planar, include corresponding end surfaces of the first electro-conductive layer and the second electrical insulation layer, respectively, wherein at least two first electro-conductive layers have different average thicknesses to reduce an alternating current resistance of the coil by 5%-11.3% inclusive in a frequency of at least about 148 KHz.

    摘要: A coil for a transformer assembly is provided. The coil extends circumferentially around a longitudinal axis. The coil comprises a foil winding arrangement and a conductor element. The foil winding arrangement extends circumferentially around the longitudinal axis and has four edge regions. The conductor element covers at least partially at least one of the edge regions of the foil winding arrangement. The conductor element allows for a reduction in an electric field that arises during an operation of the transformer assembly at the edges of the foil winding arrangement. In this manner, a performance improvement in partial discharge tests and lightning impulse tests can be achieved.

    摘要: The proposed transformer includes windings made of a multi-layer ferromagnetic foil tape having an even number m of ferromagnetic layers, coated by interlayer insulation. The winding's upper ends are connected through a first yoke, the winding's bottom ends are connected through a second yoke. Each winding is wrapped by a short-circuited coil, and contains a component for transposition of layers connected in a break at the middle of tape. The insulation's thickness is determined by a ratio of di>un2,pic*/(En2,pic·m), where u2,pic is a maximum peak voltage between adjacent winding turns, En2,pic is a maximum electric field strength of the insulation. The insulation uses either ferroelectric material Fe2O3, or multi-layered material with an intensive antiferromagnetic interaction formed as a plurality of pairs of alternating layers of Cu—Fe with a ratio of thicknesses of Cu and Fe ranged from 5:1 to 10:1.

The first arcuate-shaped corner may have a non-uniform radius of curvature and/or an innermost one of the plurality of turns may have an arcuate-shaped corner, which is a mirror image of the first arcuate-shaped corner when the coil is view in transverse cross-section.
