摘要: A surgical system comprises a base, an arm assembly operably coupled to the base, and an instrument manipulator assembly coupled to a distal link of the arm assembly. The instrument manipulator assembly comprises an instrument manipulator interface to removably couple with a medical instrument and transfer actuation forces to the medical instrument. The instrument manipulator interface comprises a mounting surface and a plurality of actuator outputs to operably engage with respectively corresponding inputs of the medical instrument. The actuator outputs extend from the mounting surface along directions substantially parallel to a shaft of the medical instrument in a mounted state of the medical instrument to the instrument manipulator interface. In the mounted state of the medical instrument, the instrument manipulator interface and medical instrument are rotatable together about a roll axis of rotation relative to the distal link of the arm assembly.

[Solution] The bobbin for coil 1 according to the present invention is for winding a conductor wire configuring an electromagnetic coil, and contains a first bobbin body 2, a second bobbin body 3 disposed in series to the first bobbin body 2, and a connecting part 4 coupling the first bobbin body 2 and the second bobbin body 3 in series. A connector part 5 incorporating a prescribed number of terminal metal fittings 6 is provided on one axial end portion of the bobbin for coil 1.
Thus, since a relatively large space is not required for disposing lead wire(s) as in the prior art, the bobbin for coil is small, so that it can be inexpensively produced.-

摘要: An enhanced safety coil that prevents crack formation and propagation to the coil windings from external sources and prevents exposure to fuel is provided. The enhanced safety coil may be used in a solenoid operated gas admission valve (SOGAV), and includes a plastic encapsulation body having at least one body de-stress feature, a coil wound on the plastic encapsulation body, a sleeve forming an outermost side protective wall configured to accommodate the plastic encapsulation body and coil therewithin, and potting provided between the plastic encapsulation body and the sleeve to seal the coil therein. The body de-stress feature is configured to reduce at least one of a formation or a propagation of a crack through the potting to the coil. The plastic encapsulation body forms retention latches configured to mate with a stator.

摘要: A winding support includes a tube for receiving one of the legs of a ferromagnetic core of a magnetic component such that half-legs of the leg face each other in the tube. The magnetic component further includes windings which correspond to the leg and which are wound on the tube. The winding support includes a wedging protrusion and at least one spacing wall. The wedging protrusion is formed on an inner surface of the tube so as to define an air gap between the opposing half-legs. The at least one spacing wall, which is formed opposite the wedging protrusion and on an outer surface of the tube, is configured to keep at least one of the windings away from the air gap.

摘要: A Conductor on Molded Barrel (COMB) magnet assembly optimized for High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) materials. The magnet assembly comprises a magnetic coil(s) carried by a conductor support structure and configured in cosine-theta geometry. Created using additive manufacturing, the conductor support structure features a continuous cable channel that fittedly carries and positions elongated straight portion(s) of the magnetic coil(s) parallel to a magnetic axis. The conductor support structure may be cylindrically shaped and longitudinally bored, with the continuous cable channel comprising an outer channel portion (distal on the cylinder) and an inner channel portion (proximal on the cylinder). A transition hole that joins the outer channel portion and the inner channel portion allows a single magnetic coil to be wound along both the outer and inner surfaces of the conductor support structure. The conductor support structure may be fabricated as longitudinally-symmetrical halves, and secured for operation using azimuthal and/or midplane shims.
