    摘要: A magnetic and electrical circuit element including magnetic-flux-conducting posts, and a multi-layer structure formed with an electrically-conductive material. The multi-layer structure includes multiple layers forming a stack of layers along a length of the posts, said multi-layer structure configured as primary and secondary windings of a transformer. The primary winding is embedded in the multi-layer structure and wound around the magnetic-flux-conducting posts in such a way that a magnetic field induced in each of the magnetic-flux-conducting posts has a magnetic field polarity opposite to a polarity of the respective magnetic field of the magnetic-flux-conducting post adjacent the respective magnetic-flux-conducting post. Around each of the magnetic-flux-conducting posts, there is a respective one of the secondary windings connected to a semiconductor device. The magnetic-flux-conducting posts are connected magnetically by continuous magnetic-flux-conducting plates, each of which is shaped to ensure a continuous flow of the magnetic field successively through adjacent magnetic-flux-conducting posts.

    摘要: A high-voltage isolation withstand planar transformer and its high-voltage insulation method are provided. An insulating medium is provided between low-voltage windings and high-voltage windings. High-frequency current flows through the windings and generates a high-frequency alternating magnetic field to achieve isolated energy transmission. The low-voltage windings are connected to low-voltage side connection terminals, and the high-voltage windings are connected to high-voltage side connection terminals through a high-voltage winding leading-out foil. An annular hollow part of the low-voltage windings and the high-voltage windings is provided with a magnetic core. A stress grading method is provided to control the distribution of the electric field around the high-voltage winding leading-out foil. A voltage-balancing element group provides a voltage potential with a gradient change between the high-voltage winding leading-out foil and the low-voltage windings. The new transformer has small size, high power density and low cost.

    摘要: An alternating hybrid excitation assembly and its application to a rotary motor, linear motor and transformer, including: an even number of iron cores and a plurality of magnetic isolation layers arranged between, forming a loop, each core includes one or two notches wherein permanent magnets are inlaid, the two magnetic pole faces are attached to two opposite sides of the notch of the corresponding core, and a gap is reserved between one side face of each magnet and the side edge of the notch of the core; the magnets have opposite magnetic polarity directions, and an excitation coil surrounds the cores. A permanent magnetic potential and an excitation magnetic potential are superimposed to form an alternating hybrid excitation magnetic field, and thus electromagnetic energy efficiency is improved. Further, embodiments of the alternating hybrid excitation assembly applied to the rotary motor, the linear motor and the transformer.

    摘要: A electromagnetic device may include a core in which a magnetic flux is generable and an opening through the core. A primary conductor winding may be received in the opening and extend through the core. A primary electrical current signal flowing through the primary conductor winding generates a magnetic field about the primary conductor winding and a first magnetic flux flow in the core. A secondary conductor winding may be received in the opening and extend through the core. A first modular conductor winding may extend through the opening and encircle a first outer core portion of the core. A first modulation signal flowing through the first modular conductor winding modulates the primary electrical current signal to provide a modulated output current signal at an output of the secondary conductor winding.
