Abstract:
A brake controller having independently adjustable friction and detent torque to allow for easy adjustment of handle feel without changing or replacing components. The brake handle is coupled to a cam that rotates with the handle and has a series of divots in its outer circumference corresponding to established brake handle positions. A detent roller is biased by an adjustable spring into engagement with the outer circumference of the cam and thus into the divots when the handle is moved. A separately adjustable spring biases a lateral surface of the cam into engagement with a frictional surface. Independent adjustment of the two spring can adjust both detent and friction torque, thus allowing a user to easily adjust handle feel without having to change or replace handle components
Abstract:
A control device for an implement system of a machine is provided. The control device is mounted on a support. The control device includes a first gimbal rotatably coupled to the support. The control device also includes a second gimbal rotatably coupled to the first gimbal. The control device further includes a linear actuator having a first end and a second end. The linear actuator is fixed to the second gimbal from the first end. The control device further includes a handle attached to the linear actuator at the second end. The handle is configured to move in conjunction with rotational movements of the first gimbal and the second gimbal, and a linear movement of the linear actuator to control a movement of the implement system.
Abstract:
An operating lever includes a fixing portion, a handle, and an interface. The fixing portion is to be fixed to a power transmitter. The handle is to be gripped by a user. The interface connects the fixing portion and the handle. The fixing portion, the handle, and the interface are integrally formed. The interface has a weak portion at a portion other than the outer periphery of the interface, the weak portion being weaker than other portions.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a method for operating a braking device, in particular a parking brake device, which comprises an actuator having an electric motor that displaces an actuator element as desired into a brake application position or into a brake release position, wherein the electric motor is controlled in dependence upon a motor constant and an electrical resistance of the electric motor, characterized in that as the actuator element is displaced a prevailing motor input voltage and a prevailing motor current are ascertained, and that the motor constant and the electrical resistance are determined in dependence upon the ascertained motor input voltage and the ascertained motor current.
Abstract:
Beverage dispensing assembly, comprising a container (3) and a tapping apparatus (2) having a chamber (5) in which the container (3) fits and can be entered into through an opening (6) closable by a lid (7), such that the container (3) is enclosed between the lid (7) and an opposite end of a chamber (5), wherein spaced apart from the lid (7) and preferably at said opposite end of the chamber (5) a first connector (16) is provided, for feeding pressurised gas into the container (3) through a gas inlet (17) provided in the container (3), and at the side of the opening of the chamber a pressure element (19) is provided for pressing the container (3) with the gas inlet (17) onto the first connector (16).
Abstract:
A liner-less seal application system is programmed to generate a real time seal, the serial number of which is data-matched with product label data on an approach product article. The image is printed in the required position (to suit the article being sealed), onto the adhesive surface of the seal tape. A vacuum drive belt has both low and high vacuum sections to assist in moving the sealing tape along a vacuum drive belt toward the print head. The real-time seal is printed while the belt drive indexes the tape, and the cutting action is done while the system collects data and the belt drive is stationary. There is only one stepper motor employed to drive the vacuum belt. The vacuum belt drive pulls the tape from the unwind assembly and feeds the tape through the print head and onto the vacuum drum applicator. A perforator device bursts perforation across the round element of the seal image. This is to apply a weak point on which the seal will break if tampered with.
Abstract:
A parking brake assembly which includes a brake lever, a rotary clutch and a lock-release mechanism which cooperate to selectively lock and release a parking brake. The clutch allows actuation of the brake lever in one direction and prevents movement of the brake lever in an opposite direction. The lock-release mechanism allows selective movement of the rotary clutch and the brake lever together in the opposite direction. A gear mechanism is operatively coupled between the brake lever and the rotary clutch.
