摘要: A light source module includes first to second laser arrays, first to fourth light guiding elements, and an optical lens element. The first laser array provides first light and second light. The second laser array provides third light and fourth light. The first to the fourth light guiding elements are located between the first and the second laser arrays. The first light guiding element is adapted to reflect the first light. The second light guiding element is adapted to reflect the second light and allowing the first light to pass through. The third light guiding element is adapted to reflect the third light. The fourth light guiding element is adapted to reflect the fourth light and allowing the third light to pass through. An orthographic projection of the second light guiding element partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the fourth light guiding element on the optical lens element.

摘要: In one embodiment, described herein is an apparatus for projecting linear illumination fanned out along the slow axis of a laser source array. In addition to the laser source array, the apparatus can include a number of fast axis collimators (FACs) to collimate the laser beams from the laser source array along the fast axis, a cylinder lens array for converting the collimated laser beams to parallel laser beams, and a prism array pair for reducing the pitch of the parallel laser beams. The system further includes a first cylinder lens for focusing the laser beams from the prism array pair onto a MEMS mirror, which redirects the laser beams as a linear laser beam towards a predetermined direction.

摘要: A light-emitting device includes: a substrate including a base and a side wall; a plurality of semiconductor laser elements arrayed in a first direction on an upper surface of the base; a sealing member fixed to the substrate, wherein the sealing member and the substrate define a sealed space in which the semiconductor laser element is located; and a lens array disposed above the sealing member, the lens array including a plurality of lens sections arrayed in the first direction. In the lens array, a maximum outer diameter of each lens sections is 1.25 times or more than an inter-vertex distance between adjacent ones of the lens sections in the first direction.

A light source apparatus for a flow cytometer includes a semiconductor laser for emitting a laser beam, a collimating lens for collimating the laser beam emitted from the semiconductor laser in a spread light state, a first beam conversion unit composed of prisms and a second beam conversion unit composed of prisms for matching a flow cell length direction with a slow axis direction of the collimated laser beam in a flow cell after reducing the beam diameter in a fast axis direction and increasing the beam diameter in the slow axis direction, and a focusing lens for focusing the laser beam passed through these beam conversion units in the flow cell.

摘要: A multi-wavelength laser module including a base plate, a plurality of radiation sources mounted on the base plate, at least one telescope including a first lens and a second lens wherein the second lens is arranged at a distance from the first lens along a radiation beam path, thereby creating a telescopic effect. A beam angle correction plate is arranged between the first lens and the second lens in the radiation beam path, the beam angle correction plate being angled in relation to the radiation beam path so as to parallel shift the radiation beam inside the telescope and thereby adjust the pointing direction of the radiation beam after passage of the telescope. Further, a method for assembling a multi-wavelength laser system provided with telescopes with such beam angle correction plate.

摘要: A light-emitting device (1) and a related light source system. The light-emitting device (1) comprises a laser light source (11, 21, 31) and a light collecting system (12, 22). The laser light source (11, 21, 31) comprises a first laser array (111, 211, 311) and a second laser array (112, 212, 312) for respectively generating a first light and a second light with different wavelength ranges. The light collecting system (12, 22) is used for collecting the light emitted from the laser light source arrays. The ratio of the divergence angle of the collected second light to that of the first light is less than or equal to a predetermined value. The predetermined value is 0.7. The light-emitting device (1) is capable of generating two kinds of light beams with different etendues.
