摘要: A water heating apparatus includes a water inlet port and a hot water supply connection water outlet port. A burner assembly includes a burner disposed within a combustion chamber housing. At least two heat exchangers are operated in parallel. At least two of the at least two heat exchangers have at least a first heat exchanger water inlet port on a same side of the water heating apparatus. A water jacket is defined by an area between an outer containment vessel and the combustion chamber housing. The heated water flows out of each of each of the at least two heat exchangers through the portion of each of the at least two heat exchangers into the water jacket. The heated water which flows into the water jacket is further heated by the combustion chamber housing and the further heated water exits the water heating apparatus at the hot water supply connection water outlet port.

摘要: A fin-tube type of heat exchanger has: a plurality of fins laminated to one another; a housing for containing therein the fins; and a heat transfer tube penetrating the fins in a fin-laminating direction and also penetrating side plates on both sides of the housing. A heat transfer tube through hole is formed in one-side side plate of the housing by a burred hole having a tubular flange part protruded into the housing. Each fin has a brazing material insertion hole adjacent to the heat transfer tube through hole. That portion of a brazing material which protrudes from the brazing material insertion hole of the outermost fin closest to the one-side side plate part toward the one-side side plate part gets molten. The tubular flange part has a cutout part formed, at a circumferential position facing the brazing material insertion hole, by partly cutting away the tubular flange part.

摘要: A CIR train that is adapted to traverse a roadway of asphalt pavement in order to recycle and repair the asphalt pavement includes a milling machine for removing asphalt paving material from the roadway. The CIR train also includes an asphalt cement supply tank and a mechanism for dispensing asphalt cement onto asphalt paving material that has been removed from the roadway. A heater is in fluid communication with the asphalt cement supply tank and the mechanism for dispensing asphalt cement on the asphalt paving material that has been removed from the roadway. The heater is adapted to heat the asphalt cement from the asphalt cement supply tank prior to said asphalt cement being dispensed on the asphalt paving material that has been removed from the roadway.

摘要: Provided are a heat exchanger that does not impede downsizing and removes water in the heat absorbing pipe adequately with a simple configuration even when the reduction in diameter of the heat absorbing pipe is made. A heat exchanger 5 in which heat absorbing pipes 51 are disposed in a multi-tier arrangement within a casing 50 which is the passage of combustion exhaust gas, both pipe ends 511,512 of each of the heat absorbing pipes 51 are connected respectively to two headers 54, 55 provided on a side plate 52 of the casing 50, and water introduced from an external pipe 63 to each of the heat absorbing pipes 51 through the header 54 is heat-exchanged and heated by combustion exhaust gas. The pipe ends 511, 512 of the heat absorbing pipes 51 are arranged at a predetermined vertical interval. A drainage plate 56 for forming a drainage passage through which the water that has reached the pipe end openings 51A of respective heat absorbing pipes 51 is removed during drainage operation for the heat absorbing pipes 51, is disposed in the header 54 disposed on a lower side of the heat absorbing pipes 51 so as to face a number of the pipe end openings 51A vertically arranged in a state of continuous.
