摘要: The invention relates to an end product for air-conditioning indoor unit, which comprises a heat exchange tube through which air and refrigerant exchange heat; a heat exchange fin on which a tube hole for passing through the heat exchange tube is formed and the surface of which is coated with a hydrophilic coating containing photocatalytic material; and an ultraviolet lamp arranged at or near the heat exchange fin, so that the ultraviolet light of the ultraviolet lamp can cover the surface of the heat exchange fin coated with the hydrophilic coating. The invention further provides an air-conditioning indoor unit configured with the end product and a method for coating heat exchange fins of the end product. The end product for air-conditioning indoor unit according to the invention can achieve highly efficient air purification.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a louvered fin including a leading edge, a trailing edge, and a surface extending between the leading edge and the trailing edge. The surface defines a first set of holes along a first axis, a second set of holes along a second axis and offset from the first set of holes, and a third set of holes along a third axis and offset from the second set of holes. Each of the first axis, the second axis, and the third axis extends substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the fin. A first offset distance between the second and first set of holes is greater than a second offset distance between the third and second set of holes. The second and the third set of holes define a substantially obtuse trapezoidal matrix.

摘要: A thermal module includes a copper base seat, at least one U-shaped aluminum heat pipe, an aluminum radiating fin assembly and a copper embedding layer. The copper base seat has a heat absorption side and a heat conduction side. The heat absorption side or the heat conduction side is recessed to form at least one first heat pipe receiving channel. The U-shaped aluminum heat pipe has a horizontal section as a heat absorption section and two vertical sections as condensation sections. The heat absorption section is positioned in the first heat pipe receiving channel. The aluminum radiating fin assembly has multiple radiating fins. The copper embedding layer is disposed on a surface of the heat absorption section of the U-shaped aluminum heat pipe. By means of the copper embedding layer, two different materials can be directly welded.

摘要: A heat exchanger comprises a stack of sets of fins and tubes attached to or encompassed by embossed plates comprising a void. In some embodiments, the fins overlap the void having a peripheral margin of the fin attached to the peripheral margin around the void. In some embodiments, the fins comprise through fluid apertures allowing lateral fluid flow. In some embodiments, the plates comprise lateral peripheral protrusions enabling selective sealing of gaps between adjacent stacked plates by unselective application of heat or adhesive to a face of the heat exchanger. In some embodiments, the plates comprise uniformizing protrusions in a fluid inlet and/or outlet zone that reduce the amount of non-uniform fluid mass flow between different channel protrusions of heat exchanging zones of the set. Also disclosed are methods for assembly and selective sealing of the heat exchanger and an apparatus comprising the same.

摘要: The method for manufacturing a fin-tube heat exchanger includes the step of expanding each heat transfer tube extending through a corresponding tube insertion hole of a heat transfer fin with a tube expander inserted in heat transfer tubes. The expanding step includes a first sub-step of expanding the tube expander in a radial direction of the heat transfer tube to a radially expanded state while the tube expander is at rest in a first predetermined region to be expanded inside the heat transfer tube to bring the first predetermined region to be expanded into close contact with the tube insertion holes; and a second sub-step of releasing the tube expander from the radially expanded state to a radially contracted state and moving the tube expander to a second predetermined region to be expanded inside the heat transfer tube. The first and second sub-steps are alternately repeated.
