摘要: An absorption heat pump apparatus absorbing refrigerant vapor using absorption liquid includes a container having a liquid storage portion storing a solution made of absorption liquid or a refrigerant; a heat exchanger installed in the container, and through which a heat exchange fluid flows; a pumping member pumping the solution in the liquid storage portion upward using the rotation thereof; and a coating member rotating integrally with the pumping member, and provided so as to radially extend outward from the center of rotation of the pumping member, and coating an outer surface of the heat exchanger with the solution pumped upward, wherein while the solution pumped upward moves to the center of rotation due to the rotation of the pumping member, and then radially moves outward from the center of rotation, the outer surface of the heat exchanger is coated with the solution through the coating member.

摘要: Absorption refrigerator (1) including a cabinet having outer walls (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and at least one door (7, 8) encasing a low temperature storage compartment (9) and a higher temperature storage compartment (10), said compartments being separated by a partition wall (11). An ice-maker is arranged in one of the compartments. The refrigerator is cooled by an absorption refrigerating system which includes an evaporator tube (20) in which a refrigeration medium flows from an upstream end to a downstream end of the evaporator tube, and which evaporator tube comprises a first tube section (21) which is arranged to absorb heat from the low temperature compartment, a′ second tube section (22), which is arranged to cool the higher temperature compartment and a third tube section (23) which is arranged to cool the ice-maker. The first, second and third tube sections are connected in series and the first tube section is arranged upstream of the second tube section. In order to minimize the negative influence of the operation of the ice-maker on the temperature in the freezer compartment, and to reduce the humidity influence of the ice-maker, the third tube section is arranged downstream of said first tube section and upstream of said second tube section and the ice fabrication device is exposed to air circulating in the low temperature compartment or in the higher temperature compartment (10), and means are provided for melting frost generated by humidity in said low temperature Compartment (9) or said higher temperature compartment (10) respectively.

摘要: There is provided an absorption refrigerator comprising a liquid-film type plate heat exchanger structure,. which is improved in terms of installation while maintaining the height of the refrigerator at a practical level. In an absorption refrigerator utilizing a liquid-film type plate heat exchanger for an absorber (A), an evaporator (E), a regenerator (G) and a condenser (C), all the absorber, the evaporator, the regenerator and the condenser, each comprising the liquid-film type plate heat exchanger, are arranged in a horizontal direction. The evaporator, the absorber, the regenerator and the condenser are accommodated in a single can body (1), and the evaporator and the absorber, and the regenerator and the condenser are, respectively, accommodated in different chambers arranged in a lateral direction, which are divided by a partition wall (16) provided in the can body. The evaporator and the absorber, and the regenerator and the condenser may be, respectively, accommodated in different can bodies arranged in the lateral direction.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a sorber cooling device suitable for use in an electromagnetic wave activated sorption system. One embodiment of the sorber cooling device has a metallic tubular enclosure extending coaxially into the sorber, a plurality of fins connected to a portion of the tubular enclosure extending outside of the sorber, a reservoir in fluid communication with the tubular enclosure, and a wick located within the portion of the tubular enclosure extending into the sorber. A refrigerant which is placed in the cooling device is drawn by the wick into the portion of the tubular enclosure extending into the sorber. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the sorber and evaporates. The evaporated refrigerant is condensed in the portion of the tubular enclosure extending outside of the sorber and the heat of condensation is dissipated by the fins. The condensed refrigerant is collected in the reservoir. This cycle repeats automatically.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a sorber which is suitable for use in an electromagnetic wave activated sorption system and which is easily adaptable to packaging constraints. One embodiment of the sorber comprises a flexible enclosure having an outer conductor, and inner conductor, a port through which a sorbate can be communicated into and out of said enclosure, and a sorbent in the enclosure which can adsorb the sorbate to form a sorbate/sorbent compound. The enclosure is configured to be coupled to an electromagnetic wave generator so that waves generated by the electromagnetic wave generator propagate through the sorbate/sorbent compound within the enclosure. Another embodiment of the sorber comprises an enclosure which is configured to serve as a structural component.

摘要: To cool heat-emitting electronic components, a compact, non-moving-parts compressor, an evaporator in juxtaposition to the electronic components and a condenser are mounted as a unit, preferably within a vacuum can. A heat exchanger is mounted external to the can but in proximity to the condenser. The foregoing comprise a unit which may be detachably connected to a host pump and heat exchanger. The unit may be removed from the system of which it is a part for upgrade and maintenance. All its components are thermally isolated from the ambient atmosphere to prevent water vapor condensation corrosion.
