    摘要: A waste incinerator system is disclosed for incinerating waste in a holding tank. The system comprises a pump in fluid communication with the waste, and which is adapted to pump waste out of the holding tank and into a substantially hollow burning chamber. The burning chamber includes a raised open end and a lowered chimney end. The chimney end is sealed with a selectively removable chamber plate and includes a chimney for venting exhaust fumes from within the burning chamber. A waste tray is adapted to be slid into the burning chamber through the chimney end and holds waste received from the pump. A burner assembly is fixed adjacent with the open end of the burning chamber and adapted to direct a flame into the open end of the burning chamber to heat the waste tray and incinerate the waste therein. A housing is included to enclose the burner assembly and the burning chamber.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for drying sludge having the following steps: a) applying a sludge having a dry matter content of 15% to 30% to a floor of a drying hall (10), or sludge already present, b) predrying the sludge in the drying hall (10), wherein the sludge is mixed, c) introducing at least a part of the predried sludge into a heated thermal dryer (12), wherein the sludge introduced in each case into the thermal dryer (12) is replaced in the drying hall (10), by carrying out the step a), by a sludge having a dry matter content of 15% to 30% which then likewise passes through step b), d) drying the sludge in the thermal dryer (12) to a dry matter content of 80% to 95%, wherein air (14) taking up moisture from the sludge flows over or through the sludge, wherein the air (14) is brought to a temperature in a range from 70° C. to 160° C., or wherein, by heating the sludge, water vapour is liberated from the sludge, wherein the sludge, after achieving the dry matter content of 80% to 95%, is discharged from the thermal dryer (12), wherein the sludge discharged from the thermal dryer in each case is replaced by predried sludge by carrying out step c), which predried sludge then likewise passes through step d), e) passing the air (14) heated in step d), or the water vapour through a first region of a heat exchanger (17), through which ambient air (16) passes in a second region, wherein the air (14) heated in step d) or the water vapour releases heat to the ambient air (16), with condensation of the moisture present in the heated air or in the water vapour, wherein the heated air (14) or the water vapour is cooled to a temperature in the range from 10° C. to 60° C., and the ambient air (16) is heated to a temperature at most 40 K above the ambient temperature and the former temperature is at most 50° C., and f) promoting the predrying according to step b) by introducing the ambient air (18) heated in step e) into the drying hall (10), in such a manner that the ambient air (16) flows onto or over the surface of the sludge applied to the floor of the drying hall (10).

    摘要: A method of producing calcium carbonate from a waste sludge containing calcium carbonate and at least one silicate mineral. The method comprises the steps of: (i) incinerating the sludge to an ash in which at least 60% of the calcium carbonate present in the sludge is converted to free calcium oxide which is unreacted with the silicate mineral(s), (ii) optionally slaking the ash to convert at least a portion of the free calcium oxide therein to calcium hydroxide, (iii) treating either the ash from step (i) or the slaked ash from step (ii) with an aqueous solution of a polyhydroxy compound to provide a solution of dissolved calcium hydroxide, (iv) separating insoluble material from the solution of calcium ions obtained in step (iii), (v) dispersing carbon dioxide through the solution obtained from step (iv) so as to produce calcium carbonate, and (vi) separating the calcium carbonate produced in step (v).

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage, where the filtered sewage is heated by the burning of waste, and the sewage under high-temperature and high-pressure pushes a turbine generator to generate electricity. Then the solution-mixture of sewage under high temperature and pressure and the exhaust gas generated by the burning of waste, after neutralization with acid and base, undergoes a drying-treatment by sucking out the water steam, and clean water and residue are finally separated from each other. An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is also produced having a closed incinerator, a turbine generator and a sewage pipe for supplying drive-power/force to the turbine generator. In this way, domestic waste and sewage can be treated together, and meanwhile a weight and volume-reducing, innocuous and energy-generating treatment of the domestic waste and sewage is realized.

    摘要: A waste water recovery and utilization system that converts waste water including gray water, liquid sewerage waste and solid macerated sewerage waste to steam and to electricity comprises a gray water tank, a sewerage tank, a steam generator with a gray water crucible for vaporizing the gray water and a sewerage crucible for vaporizing the liquid sewerage waste and for incinerating the solid macerated sewerage waste thereby generating steam for space heating. A variable speed injection pump cooperates with the gray water tank, with the sewerage tank, with the gray water crucible and with the sewerage crucible. Condensate is collected in a condensate tank. The system is operable on multiple fuels, including hydrogen and oxygen provided by the system, natural gas and liquid propane gas. Alternate energy including solar, wind and mechanical, supply electrical power to an electrolysis machine when conventional electrical energy is to be conserved.

    摘要: The methods and systems of the present invention reduce NOx emissions in combustion systems, e.g., power plants, boilers, furnaces, incinerators, engines, and any combinations thereof. The inventive process decreases NOx emissions from stationary combustion sources and provides improved utilization of low-grade biomass and other waste fuels without slagging and fouling problems. The invention reduces NOx emissions while utilizing gasified fuels, including biomass and low-grade waste fuels, by gasifying solid fuels and injecting produced gas into a reburning zone of, for example, a boiler at relatively low temperatures and in relatively small amounts. By feeding the gas directly into a reburning zone, the need for gas cleaning is eliminated or substantially reduced as tars are burned in the flame and alkali species may be present at much lower levels than is the case with direct combustion applications.
