    摘要: Provided is a cap unit that can prevent or suppress collision between the drive gear and intermittent gear when the drive gear and intermittent gear begin to mesh. A cap unit 25 has a moving mechanism 28 that moves a cap 26. The moving mechanism 28 has an intermittent cam gear 36 with a cam channel 43; a drive gear 35; and a cap holder 45. The cap holder 45 includes a holding member 48 that holds the cap 26; a cam follower pin 49; a pin support mechanism 50 that supports the cam follower pin 49; and a coil spring 51 that urges the cam follower pin 49 toward the bottom 43a of the cam channel 43. A slope 57 is disposed to the bottom 43a of the cam channel 43. The cam follower pin 49 is on the slope 57 when meshing of the intermittent cam gear 36 and drive gear 35 is disengaged, and the intermittent cam gear 36 turns in conjunction with the cam follower pin 49 moving on the slope 57 due to the urging force of the coil spring 51.

    摘要: The invention relates to a transmission (2) which can be switched between at least three switching stages. A transmission in accordance with the invention has a frame (6) in which a first drive shaft (4) with a first gear (12) non-rotatably mounted thereon and a second drive shaft (20) with a second gear (24) non-rotatably mounted thereon, having longitudinal axes (8, 22) disposed in parallel with one another, are rotatably mounted, and the transmission has a switching device. The first gear (12) is in the shape of a truncated cone at least in regions, with a first end (14) and a second end (16) with different numbers of teeth, and has first main teeth (30) which extend completely from the first end (14) to the second end (16) of the first gear (12). The second gear (24) is in the shape of a truncated cone at least in regions, having a third end (26) and a fourth end (28) with different number of teeth, and has second main teeth (3) which extend completely from the third end (26) to the fourth end (28) of the second gear (24). The switching device is arranged to displace one either first gear (12) and the second gear (24) in parallel and relative to the respective other gear (12, 4) into a first, a second and a third switching position. In the first switching position the first end (14) of the first gear (12) is engaged with the fourth end (28) of the second gear (24), in the second switching position the second end (16) of the first gear (12) is engaged with the fourth end (28) of the second gear (24) and in the third switching position the second end (16) of the first gear (12) is engaged with the third end (26) of the second gear (24).

    摘要: A chute opener for opening a chute of a grain trailer is provided. The chute opener uses a motor coupled to a motor gear to drive a shaft gear. The shaft gear drives a crank shaft coupled to the chute of the grain trailer. The gears can be disengaged to enable manual operation of the chute by a hand crank. A position sensor can be provided which determines a position of the shaft gear even when disengaged from the drive gear to maintain accurate chute positioning information.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide an intermittent driving device, which includes a housing installed on an outer side of a grill burner and a control gear set fixedly provided in the housing. The control gear set includes an input gear, an intermittent gear and an output gear, wherein the input gear is rotated by a motor, the upper half of the intermittent gear is circumferentially and concavely provided with a rotation-stopping groove and meshes with the output gear, the lower half of the intermittent gear meshes with the input gear, and axle of the output gear has one end pivotally connected to axle of the input gear and has an opposite end securely connecting with a rotating grill rack outside the housing. Thus, the output gear can be rotated by the intermittent gear and then rotate the rotating grill rack intermittently above a heat source of the grill burner.

    摘要: There is provided a transmission device comprising a rigid casing configured to be mounted perpendicularly on a pair of parallel rotatable driving and driven shafts. Annular driving and driven gears are provided in the casing. The annular driving gear is adapted for rotating simultaneously with the driving shaft, and is also adapted for forwarding rotational motion of the inner section to a transmission device. The annular driven gear is adapted for engaging and rotating simultaneously with the driving shaft and sliding over the same, and for forwarding to the inner section rotational motion received from the transmission device. The transmission device is rotatively connected to the annular driving and driven gears for transmitting rotational movement of the driving shaft to the driven shaft. There is also provided a portable boring-welding apparatus using this transmission device and a method for rotating a driven shaft using a parallel driving shaft.

The first and second gears may engage one another and translate rotating movement from one axis to an axis perpendicular thereto. The second gear is disengagable from the first gear by action of the cam assembly, which is adapted to disengage the second gear from the first gear through eccentric rotation of the cam assembly. In one embodiment, a bearing assembly carried by the cam assembly is preloaded. The cam assembly is disposed so that the preloaded can be maintained during manufacture of the gearbox. In another embodiment, the gearbox case and cam assembly are disposed so as to minimize internal leakage from the case and enhance sealing of the gearbox.
