    摘要: A T-S curve correction method for a clutch system may include: detecting differences between actual positions of a clutch in first and second torque regions and a position on a T-S curve; determining whether the difference between the actual position in the first torque region and the position on the T-S curve is equal to or more than a first reference value; determining whether the difference between the actual position in the second torque region and the position on the T-S curve is equal to or less than a third reference value, when the difference of the actual position in the first torque region is equal to or more than the first reference value; and correcting the slope of the T-S curve in the increasing direction, when the difference of the actual position in the second torque region is equal to or less than the third reference value.

    摘要: A clutch control device and a clutch control method are capable of preventing progress of wear and damage of a pneumatic clutch actuator. The clutch control device that controls the operation of a pneumatic clutch actuator to disconnect a clutch is characterized by setting a stroke amount of a piston corresponding to a disconnection position of the clutch as a final target stroke amount, setting other stroke amounts different from the final target stroke amount as intermediate target stroke amounts, and controlling the operation of the piston in a stepwise manner such that an actual stroke amount of the piston is matched with the intermediate target stroke amounts and is thereafter matched with the final target stroke amount, thereby disconnecting the clutch.

    摘要: In an aspect, a swing door actuation system is provided for moving a door about a vertical axis between open closed positions relative to a vehicle body. The system includes a housing connectable to one of the swing door and the vehicle body, an extensible member that moves relative to the housing, and connects to the other of the swing door and the vehicle body, a motor connected to a gear train that is non-backdrivable, and a normally engaged clutch. The motor is operatively connected to a clutch input end through the gear train. The output end is operatively connected to the extensible member. The clutch is disengageable to disconnect the motor from the extensible member. The clutch has a slip torque that is sufficiently high to prevent movement of the door when the door is exposed to less than a selected external torque and the motor is stopped.
