摘要: A drive train cooling arrangement for motor vehicles has a first cooling circuit and a second cooling circuit and has a pump arrangement, by means of which coolant can be fed to the first and the second cooling circuit. The pump arrangement has a bidirectional pump, which has a first pump port and a second pump port and which can be driven by a pump electric motor. The first pump port is connected to the first cooling circuit, wherein the second pump port is connected to the second cooling circuit. A coolant volume flow which is provided for at least one of the first and the second cooling circuit can be adjusted by changing the rotational speed of the pump electric motor.

摘要: A drivetrain for a motor vehicle has a first electric machine provides drive power, wherein the first electric machine is connected to an electrical energy store. A differential can distribute drive power to two driven wheels or axles of the motor vehicle. A first transmission arrangement which connects the first electric machine to the differential. A second electric machine which is coupled to an internal combustion engine in order to charge the electrical energy store in a generator mode. A second transmission arrangement connects the internal combustion engine to the differential. The second transmission arrangement has a first gear stage and a second gear stage which can be alternately engaged, for the transmission of drive power from the internal combustion engine to the differential, by means of a clutch arrangement.

摘要: A clutch arrangement for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle. The clutch arrangement has a first clutch, a second clutch, and a hydraulic actuator arrangement. The actuator arrangement has a first hydraulic cylinder for actuating the first clutch and a second hydraulic cylinder for actuating the second clutch. The actuator arrangement has an actuator pump which is driven by means of an electric motor and which can be operated in two directions of rotation. The actuator pump has a first port, which is connected to the first hydraulic cylinder, and a second port, which is connected to the second hydraulic cylinder. The actuator arrangement actuates the first or the second clutch depending on the direction of rotation of the actuator pump.

摘要: The present invention provides a driving force distributing apparatus which can instantaneously reduce clutch pressure to thereby carry out proper operation of an ABS even if the ABS is actuated in traveling in a 4WD mode. In order to reduce pressure in a piston chamber, a control circuit drives a motor for reverse rotation. As a result, a pressure difference between a piston chamber side pressure and a pump side pressure in a supply path becomes large, pressure oil on a piston chamber side in the supply path is instantaneously discharged to an outside from a releasing hole of a quick open valve, and the pressure in the piston chamber reduces instantaneously.

摘要: A clutch shift modulation system is disclosed in operative relationship with a transmission having a torque input shaft and a torque receiving shaft. The transmission includes fluid pressure engaged forward and reverse clutches that may be engaged to drivingly rotate the receiving shaft in the respective forward or reverse direction when acted upon by fluid at a selected pressure, and a pump driven by the input shaft is adapted to supply fluid at this pressure to a shift valve which may be moved to a forward or reverse position to selectively connect the pump with the respective clutch through suitable conduits. A reversible pump driven by the receiving shaft pumps fluid in a direction and at a pressure which is a function of the rotative direction and speed of the receiving shaft and this reversible pump is connected between the two conduits leading from the valve to the two clutches so that during shifting it detracts from the efforts of the input driven pump to engage a particular clutch until the rotation of the receiving shaft in the respective opposite direction has slowed to below a selected speed and thereafter aids in the efforts of the input driven pump to engage this clutch.

摘要: A power transmitting component can include a friction clutch, a ram, a pump, a fluid storage device and a valve. The ram can have a piston chamber and a piston movable therein between a first and second position to engage the friction clutch. A first inlet/outlet of the pump can be fluidly coupled to a reservoir. The fluid storage device can hold pressurized hydraulic fluid. The valve can be fluidly coupled with the piston chamber, a second inlet/outlet of the pump, and the fluid storage device. When in a first mode, the valve can permit fluid communication between the pump and the fluid storage device, inhibit fluid communication between the piston chamber and the pump, and inhibit fluid communication between the piston chamber and the fluid storage device. When in a second mode, the valve can permit fluid communication between the pump, the fluid storage device, and the piston chamber.

摘要: An actuating assembly for connecting a driving axle in the driveline of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The actuating assembly comprises a pump for generating a hydraulic pressure; a pressure accumulator which can be filled by the pump with a hydraulic fluid for generating a pre-pressure; a first hydraulic actuating unit for actuating a first coupling; a second hydraulic actuating unit for actuating a second coupling; wherein at least one of the two first or second hydraulic actuating units can be loaded by the pressure accumulator with hydraulic pressure and, after the pressure accumulator has been at least partially emptied, can be additionally loaded by the pump, wherein the associated first or second coupling can be actuated in the closing sense. Furthermore, a drive assembly having an inventive actuating assembly is also disclosed.
