Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of diesel engines, and particularly relates to an engine cooling system and a cooling method therefor. In the engine cooling system of the present invention, when an engine needs to be warmed up, a first valve is opened, a lower engine body water storage chamber is in communication with an upper engine body water storage chamber, and some of the cooling water directly flows into the lower engine body water storage chamber from the upper engine body water storage chamber. The flow of the cooling water entering an engine body is reduced, and under the condition that heat dissipated by the engine is unchanged, the temperature rise of the cooling water flowing through the engine body such as a cylinder sleeve upper cooling water chamber and a cylinder sleeve lower water jacket is faster, such that an engine warming effect is improved.

Abstract: A multiport valve, having a housing having at least two connectors, a control element for blocking at least one of the connectors, the control element disposed to be rotatable in a recess of the housing. Abstract: A cooling circuit includes vehicle components and a jet manifold. The vehicle components are configured to receive coolant and include a first vehicle component and a second vehicle component. The jet manifold includes a first input, a second input and a nozzle. The first input is configured to receive coolant from the first vehicle component. The second input is configured to receive coolant from the second vehicle component. The nozzle is configured to increase pressure of the coolant received at the first input to generate a jet stream and a low-pressure zone in a cavity of a body of the jet manifold, the low-pressure zone created by the jet stream drawing coolant from the second input.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a frame, at least one traction device coupled to the frame for facilitating movement of the vehicle, an implement coupled to the frame and configured to perform a work operation, a gearbox, a hydraulic system having a hydraulic reservoir, and an oil cooling system configured to cool the gearbox and the hydraulic system. The oil cooling system includes first and second circuits for a cooling oil, and a crossover circuit. The first circuit includes the gearbox and a first oil-to-air cooler configured to cool the cooling oil from the gearbox. The second circuit includes the hydraulic reservoir and a second oil-to-air cooler for cooling the cooling oil from the hydraulic reservoir. The crossover circuit includes the gearbox and the hydraulic reservoir and is configured to exchange the cooling oil between the gearbox and the hydraulic reservoir to provide heat transfer between the first and second circuits.
