    Abstract: Electric motor furniture drive for adjusting parts of a piece of furniture relative to one another has a drive unit which has at least one electric motor and is in drive connection with at least one tensioning unit. Furniture drive has a base body which is preferably configured as a housing and is accommodated in or on the tensioning unit. At least two Bowden cables are operatively associated with each tensioning unit, traction cables of Bowden cables being in operative connection with associated tensioning unit. Traction cables are guided or guidable to tensioning unit(s) through at least one recess in the housing. The sheathings of the Bowden cables are fixed or fixable to the base body.

A cable splitter assembly includes a housing, a slider, first cables, and second cables. The housing defines a first number of first slots and a second number of second slots different from the first number. The slider is slidably coupled to the housing. The slider defines the first number of first channels and the second number of second channels. The first cables extend through the first number of first slots and have an end positioned within a respective first channel of the slider. The second cables extend through the second number of second slots and have an end positioned within a respective second channel of the slider. A clipping element may be configured to fix a longitudinal position of a respective first cable at multiple different locations along the first channel.

    Abstract: An actuation system for concurrently actuating a first mechanism and a second mechanism from a first state to a second state includes an actuator and a sliding member operatively engaged with the actuator and movable from a first position to a second position in response to actuation of the actuator. A connecting member has a relaxed state and a taut state. The connecting member includes a first end coupled to the first mechanism, a second end coupled to the second mechanism, and a medial portion cooperative with the sliding member. Movement of the sliding member from the first position to the second position changes the connecting member from the relaxed state to the taut state, whereby the tension is increased in the connecting member.

    Abstract: A riding lawn care vehicle may include a frame and a steering assembly. Wheels of the riding lawn care vehicle may be attachable to the frame. The steering assembly may include a steering wheel operably coupled to rear wheels of the riding lawn care vehicle via a cable system. The cable system may include a first cable portion, a second cable portion and a pulley assembly. The first and second cable portions may each contact a steering column pulley at respective first ends of the first and second cable portions. The steering column pulley may be configured to pull a corresponding one of the first cable portion or the second cable portion based on a direction of rotation of the steering wheel. The first and second cable portions may each be in operable communication with a steering disc at respective second ends of the first and second cable portions. The steering disc may provide translation of movement of the first cable portion and the second cable portion into corresponding movement of the rear wheels. The pulley assembly may be configured such that each pulley of the pulley assembly handles both the first cable portion and the second cable portion as the first cable portion and the second cable portion are conveyed from the steering column pulley to the steering disc to translate motion of the steering column pulley to the steering disc.
