The present invention provides a sound-absorbing material including: a fiber layer including a plurality of holes open to a surface thereof and having a thickness of 3 mm or more; and an inorganic material layer mainly containing a calcium-based material and having a thickness of 0.4 to 0.6 mm on the surface of the fiber layer, the holes being blind holes each penetrating through the inorganic material layer and having a bottom inside the fiber layer, each hole having a depth corresponding to 50 to 90% of the thickness of the fiber layer.

摘要： A generator set for a transport refrigeration unit that is operable at a first frequency and a second frequency. The generator set includes a generator and a prime mover. The generator set is controlled by an electronic control unit (ECU) that is coupled to a controller. The ECU is configured to monitor the engine operation condition to obtain an engine operation condition value; whereas the controller is configured to receive the engine operation condition value and compare the value with an engine operation condition threshold. When the engine operation condition value, for example, exceeds the engine operation condition threshold, the controller instructs the ECU to operate the engine at a first speed; and when the engine operation condition value, for example, is below the engine operation condition threshold, the controller instructs the ECU to operate the engine at a second speed that is slower than the first speed.

摘要： A method for producing an acoustic protection screen for a motor vehicle engine, comprising providing a reflective metal thermal protection sheet having a plurality of micro perforations, providing a batt of fibres containing a thermosetting resin, superposing the metal thermal protection sheet and the batt in a first thermocompression mould, compressing the batt by binding the fibres together, in order to form a thermal insulation layer, and combining the metal thermal protection sheet with the layer using the thermosetting resin, placing the thermal protection shell against an upper wall of a second mould, the wall being provided with out-gassing vents, the sheet facing toward the wall, injecting into the second mould an air-porous polyurethane foam precursor mixture, the lower wall of the second mould being free of any fluid-tight coating, after the foam has expanded, demoulding the screen obtained, in which screen the foam forms a support overmoulding the layer.

The working unit 15 is supported with the first vibration isolating support portion 73. The outer case 12 is supported with the second vibration isolating support portion 74. A fitting portion 81 of the outer case 12 is fitted to the groove portion 75.

摘要： A sound absorbing cover is made of foam containing magnetic filler and is integrally molded in a three-dimensional shape so as to cover at least a part of a mating member that is a noise source. The sound absorbing cover includes side walls that cover side surfaces of the mating member and a bottom wall that covers a bottom surface of the mating member that intersects with the side surfaces of the mating member. The magnetic filler is oriented in a thickness direction of each of the side walls and the bottom wall. A sound absorbing assembly includes the sound absorbing cover and a fixing cover that is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the sound absorbing cover and that fixes, to a base, the sound absorbing cover and the mating member that is a noise source covered by the sound absorbing cover.
