摘要: In an oil cooling system for a supercharged engine, coolant is introduced from a third coolant supply passage that branches from a first coolant supply passage into a coolant circulation passage of an oil cooler. The coolant has not cooled an engine and a turbocharger. By efficiently cooling lubricating oil (lubricating oil after lubricating supercharger) having lubricated the respective cooled portions of the turbocharger, oil-deterioration-suppressing effect can be improved even with the coolant of a small amount.

摘要: A vapor separation system including a cooler having an inlet configured to receive an air-oil-water mixture, and an outlet configured to discharge separated oil and water in two different phases of matter. A first sensor is at the outlet of the cooler. A controller is communicatively coupled to the cooler, wherein the controller is configured to receive temperature feedback from the first sensor, and increase or reduce the amount of cooling, with the cooler and based on the temperature feedback, the oil-water mixture to a separation temperature configured to liquefy at least a portion of the oil in the air-oil-water mixture, while maintaining at least a portion of the water in the air-oil-water mixture in a vaporized state.

摘要: A device for separation of oil from the hot gases (5) that are ventilated out from the crank house of a combustion engine. The separation is accomplished by contacting th gases with a cold wall (2) where the oil deposits and is then drained away. The wall (2 is kept cold by the cold gases (4) leaving the device which makes the cooling demand small. The leaving gases (4) are heated by this, so that a higher degree of separation f purification can be accomplished by the use of several similar steps in series.
