    wherein provision is made for an end of the pivot to be drawn into the socket using magnetic elements of the pivot and the socket;

    and where the fitting sleeve is fastened in the fastening body so as to be adjustably displaceable in a first direction (X), transverse to the height direction (Z), and in a second direction (Y), transverse to the first direction (X) and transverse to the height direction (Z).

    摘要： There is described a hinge for detachably connecting a door or window to a wall or a frame such as a windshield. The hinge comprising a shaft extending longitudinally, further comprising a blocker which is extendable about the shaft. A first socketed member is fixed to the shaft, and a second socketed member comprises a lumen for sliding the shaft therein. The lumen comprises a cavity larger than a remainder of the lumen and which defines an inward edge on which the blocker abuts, thereby retaining the shaft in the lumen. The shaft comprises an inner recess which can house the blocker therein if the inner recess is aligned with the blocker, thereby retracting the blocker from the cavity and releasing the shaft from the second socketed member and allowing the first socketed member and the second socketed member to be separated. This can be useful for detaching a door of a boat windshield, for example.

    摘要： An egress system for an interior space such as an attic covered by roof decking. In one embodiment, the egress system comprises a steel frame adapted for installation within an opening formed in the roof decking between two adjacent roof joists. A hatch panel is releasably secured within the opening defined by the frame by means of a plurality of removable pins. In accordance with one aspect of the invention, an upper surface of the hatch panel is substantially flush with the upper surface of the roof decking, allowing for the uniform application of roofing material, such as composition shingles, overtop the roof decking and the hatch panel, thereby concealing the presence of the egress system beneath the roofing material. Deployment of the egress system is accomplished with the use of a cutting implement inserted from the underside of the egress system inside the interior space into a gap maintained around the periphery of the hatch panel when secured within said frame. The cutting implement cuts or perforates the roofing material sufficiently to permit at least partial release of the hatch panel from the frame, allowing egress from the interior space defined by the frame.

    摘要： A tool for removing residential door hinge pins. The small hand tool has a drive rod extending out of the top center of handle. Embodied in a cylindrical cone shaped handle with magnetic horns extending out evenly horizontally up from the bottom of tool. The moon-shaped protrusion secure door pins to the tool, so that the door pins don't drop on to the new tile or a brand new hard wood floors causing damage while removing door hinge pins. When the residential door hinge pin remover is used the drive rod is placed up under door hinge pin hole (and with the magnetic horns facing away from all wood) and forced upward by any hammer. Once the neck of the pin is exposed the moon-shaped protrusion are placed under the neck of the pins and forced the rest of the way out for easy and safe removing.
