    摘要: Illustrated and described is a hinge for releasably and pivotably connecting a wing, in particular in the form of a door and/or a flap, to a base part, in particular in the form of a frame, including: a hinge pin extending along a pin axis, and at least one pin-receiving element, which has a pin receptacle for at least partially receiving the hinge pin, wherein the hinge pin is adjustable relative to the pin-receiving element, at least substantially perpendicularly to the pin axis, between a pivoting position in which it is at least partially received in the pin receptacle and a mounting position in which it is arranged outside of the pin receptacle, wherein the pin-receiving element and the hinge pin are pivotable relative to one another about the pin axis in the pivoting position, and wherein a securing element is provided which is adjustable between a securing position for securing the hinge pin with respect to an unintentional adjustment from the pivoting position into the mounting position at least substantially perpendicularly to the pin axis and a release position for releasing the adjustment, at least substantially perpendicularly to the pin axis, of the hinge pin from the pivoting position into the mounting position. Also illustrated and described is a system having such a hinge.

    摘要: A hinge construction includes a hinge bracket that includes a hinge pin supporting plate and at least one opening extending through the hinge pin supporting plate. Also included in the hinge construction is a hinge pin that is held at the at least one opening. The hinge pin includes a hinge pin outer surface, a hinge pin bore extending through the entire length of the hinge pin and a hinge pin slot extending along the entire length of the hinge pin from the hinge pin outer surface to within the hinge pin bore. The at least one opening can be tapered, and the hinge pin outer surface can include a hinge pin outer surface first portion that also is tapered so as to be congruent with the at least one tapered opening. The hinge construction allows elements such as electrical wiring to be routed through the hinge construction.

    摘要: A vehicle door hinge structure includes a first bracket, a second bracket, a hinge arm and a compressible check structure. The hinge arm has a first end that s attached to the first bracket for pivoting movement about a first pivot axis. The second bracket is attached to a second end of the hinge arm for pivoting movement about a second pivot axis. The compressible check structure is fixed in position to the first bracket. The compressible check structure is adjacent to and spaced apart from a stop surface of the first bracket. The compressible check structure extends upward away from a surface of the first bracket in an uncompressed state. However, a movement limiting surface of the hinge arm contacts and compresses the compressible check structure during a portion of movement of the hinge arm.
