摘要: The present invention has developed, unlike a conventional technology, an apparatus and a technique for rind, inside and scrap separation, which has been the greatest impediment to the mass production of high-quality paper-making pulp, thereby enabling the production of high-quality pulp, enables produced, unbleached pulp to be used as a raw material for manufacturing industrial packaging paper because of the excellent strength of the pulp, allows bleached corn chemical pulp to be suitable for the manufacture of toilet and facial papers and tissues, and can be applied to various paper-making techniques by mixing pulps, having different characteristics, such as needle bleached chemical pulp, leaf bleached chemical pulp, and bleached chemical thermomechanical pulp (BCTMP).

摘要: Corn oil is extracted from corn to form a corn meal. Processing the corn grain to obtain the oil, meal, and other product streams generally includes dividing the corn kernel by fractionating to create a higher oil fraction and a lower oil fraction, forming a solvent extractable structure from the higher oil fraction, and extracting the oil from the higher oil fraction. The extracted corn oil is useful for making nutritionally enhanced edible oil or cooking oil, lubricants, biodiesel, fuel, cosmetics and oil-based or oil-containing chemical products. The extracted corn meal is useful for making enhanced animal feed rations, snack food, blended food products, cosmetics, and fermentation broth additive. The lower oil fraction is useful for one or more processes such as fermentation, wet-milling, animal feed production, sweetener production, and starch production, making enhanced animal feed rations, snack food, blended food products, and cosmetics.

摘要: Friction materials for clutch, brake shoes and the like are formed of a paper having reduced or eliminated non-functional processing additives. The paper composition includes components selected from a group consisting of aramid pulp, aramid staple, carbon/polyacrylonitrile fibers, glass wool, potassium octatitanate, bronze wool, high surface area filter cake, graphite, amorphous carbon and cyanated phenolic resin. The paper composition may be pre-compounded to a particle size in the range of 60 to 200 mesh. Part molding may be carried out by microwave heating the paper at 250° to 55° F.

The paper composition includes components selected from a group consisting of aramid pulp, aramid staple, carbon/polyacrylonitrile fibers, glass wool, potassium octatitinate, bronze wool, high surface area filter cake, graphite, amorphous carbon and cyanated phenolic resin. The paper composition may be precompounded to a particle size in the range of 60 to 200 mesh. Part molding may be carried out by microwave heating the paper at 250null to 550null F. The precompounded and dispersed resin provides improved bonding of parts to clutch plates or brake shoes and the like.

摘要: A process for reducing the density, increasing the bulk, the hand and the porosity of a sheet material containing fibers by use of a vegetable filler, wherein a pulverulant vegetable filler of density less than 500 kg/m.sup.3 is introduced into the fibrous mass during the manufacture of the material. At least 95% by weight of the particles of the vegetable filler are less than 150 micrometers in size and at least 80% by weight of the particles of vegetable filler are greater than 10 micrometers in size. The process is particularly useful for obtaining paper and cardboard of low density with improved hand (or bulk) and porosity. It is also attractive since it reduces the cost prices and enhances the thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
