摘要: Methods and systems are provided for the conversion of waste plastics into various useful downstream recycle-content products. More particularly, the present system and method involves integrating a pyrolysis facility with a cracker facility by introducing at least a stream of r-pyrolysis gas into the cracker facility. In the cracker facility, the r-pyrolysis gas may be separated to form one or more recycle content products, and can enhance the operation of the facility.

摘要: The present invention includes a fuel injection amount sensor for detecting an injection amount of oil, a pretreatment desulfurization agent injection amount sensor for detecting an injection amount of a pretreatment desulfurization agent, and a control panel for controlling and monitoring the injection amount of the pretreatment desulfurization agent so that the predetermined desulfurization agent is mixed with the fuel in a predetermined mixing ratio. The fuel injection amount sensor is disposed on a fuel supply line between a fuel tank and a marine engine, and the pretreatment desulfurization agent injection amount sensor is disposed between a downstream fuel supply line installed downstream of the fuel injection amount sensor and a pretreatment desulfurization agent tank.

摘要: Disclosed are antifouling agents used in compositions and methods to reduce or prevent foulants in synthetic feedstocks derived from plastic. A method of reducing or preventing fouling in a plastic-derived synthetic feedstock composition may include adding an antifouling agent including a carboxylic acid anhydride or a copolymer of a dicarboxylic acid anhydride and alpha olefin to a synthetic feedstock composition derived from plastic pyrolysis containing a foulant to provide treated pyrolysate. The foulant may include, for example, nylon, polyvinyl chlorides, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamides, caprolactam, benzoic acid, phenol, p-cresol, dimethylphenol, isopropyl phenol, tert-butylphenol, dimethylethylphenol, napthalenol, varying lengths of alkenes and alkanes, propylene, tolune, pentene, butane, tetramethylindole, ethylbenzene, ethyldimethylpyrrole, dimethylfuran, tetrahydroquinoline, and any combination thereof.

摘要: A process for treating a petroleum fraction and for efficiently absorbing an organic halogen compound from a fluid mixture of the organic halogen compound and an inorganic halogen compound derived from crude oil. Also disclosed is an improvement in absorption performance of a halogen-compound-absorbing material, thereby reducing the frequency with which the absorbing material is exchanged. The absorbing agent includes attapulgite (palygorskite) having high absorption performance with respect to organic halogen compounds. Also disclosed is an absorption column in which the aforementioned absorbing agent and a halogen-compound-absorbing agent, that includes zinc oxide, are disposed in series, thereby making it possible to raise the treatment performance with respect to a fluid that contains, in high concentrations, the organic halogen compound in addition to the inorganic halogen compound.

摘要: A multi-stage process for transforming a high sulfur ISO 8217 compliant Feedstock Heavy Marine Fuel Oil involving a core desulfurizing process that produces a Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil that can be used as a feedstock for subsequent refinery process such as anode grade coking, needle coking and fluid catalytic cracking. The Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil exhibits multiple properties desirable as a feedstock for those processes including a sulfur level has a maximum sulfur content (ISO 14596 or ISO 8754) between the range of 0.05 mass % to 1.0 mass. A process plant for conducting the process is also disclosed.

摘要: A system includes a vessel containing a crude oil inlet for introducing crude oil into the vessel; a fixed super-hydrophobic mesh subsystem comprising a fixed super-hydrophobic mesh; an inductor cup set system comprising at plurality of inductor cups, each of the plurality of inductor cups comprising a primary coil and a secondary coil, the inductor cups to determine an amount of water in the crude oil based on a comparison of the induced voltage between the primary coil and the secondary coil; a movable super-hydrophobic mesh subsystem comprising a super-hydrophobic mesh coupled to at least one stepper motor, the stepper motor to rotate the mesh by a predefined angle based on the comparison of the induced voltage determined by the inductor cups; and a metal grid subsystem comprising a metal grid electrically coupled to a transformer residing outside of the vessel, the metal grid to electrostatically dehydrate the crude oil.

The GOSP includes online analyzer instruments for performing online analysis of salt concentration in multiple streams in the GOSP.
