摘要: A two-part polyurethane adhesive system includes a resin component A and a curative B. The resin component A includes a monomeric polyisocyanate and a prepolymer. The curative B includes a of ether polyol having a molecular weight of from 3000 to 20,000 and another polyol having 4-8 hydroxyl groups and a molecular weight of from 200 to 1000. The system includes a tin (IV) catalyst, which is contained in the resin component, and a blocked aza-type catalyst, which is contained in the curative. The system has excellent shelf stability, gives an excellent open time at ambient temperatures, and cures rapidly when heated to 65° C. or higher.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a polyoxyalkylene polyol and a polyoxyalkylene monool, capable of producing a urethane elastomer and a urethane foam which are sufficiently excellent in mechanical properties and moisture resistance.The present invention is directed to a polyoxyalkylene polyol or monool (S), which is an alkylene oxide adduct of an active hydrogen-containing compound (H), wherein 40% or more of hydroxyl groups located at the terminal are primary hydroxyl group-containing groups represented by the general formula (1) shown below, and a hydroxyl value x, the total degree of unsaturation y and the content of ethylene oxide z satisfy a relationship of the mathematical expression (1). 摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a polyimide precursor composition solution that (i) uses no siloxane diamine, (ii) is curable at low temperature (not more than 250° C.) and (iii) has low viscosity regardless of its high concentration, and a photosensitive resin composition, photosensitive resin film, a thermosetting resin composition, a polyimide insulating film, and a printed wiring board with an insulating film, each of which has good physical properties and is obtained by use of the polyimide precursor composition solution. The foregoing object is attained by using a polyimide precursor composition solution which includes at least a (A) urethane imide oligomer having a terminal carboxylic acid group and a (B) diamino compound and/or isocyanate compound.

摘要: A method for preparing a polyether polyol copolymer includes the step of copolymerizing (1) a cyclic ether represented by the following formula (I): 1 wherein x is an integer ranging from 2 to 10; (2) a diol represented by the following formula (II): HOnull(CH2)xnullOHnullnull(II)wherein x is the same as that specified above; and (3) other polyols, in the presence of an acid catalyst. The method permits the arbitrary modification of the content of the O(CH2)x units present in the main chain of a polyether polyol copolymer so that the copolymer may have an appropriate crystallinity suitable for use as an elastomer by controlling the ratio of the diol represented by Formula (II) used in the copolymerization and simultaneously permits the change of the molecular weight of the resulting polyether polyol copolymer.

摘要: The present invention relates to a material having improved mechanical properties, clarity, processability and/or degradation resistance comprising a polyurethane elastomeric composition which includes a soft segment derived from at least one polysiloxane macrodiol and at least one polyether and/or polycarbonate macrodiol. This material can function as a degradation resistant material or biomaterial and is particularly useful in the manufacture of medical devices, articles or implants which contact living tissues or bodily fluids. The present invention also provides a polyurethane elastomeric composition which includes a soft segment derived from about 60 to about 98 wt. % of at least one polysiloxane macrodiol and about 2 to about 40 wt. % of at least one polyether and/or polycarbonate macrodiol and processes for its preparation.

摘要: An improved amphiphilic diol is prepared with a controlled type and amount of alkylene glycol, hydrophobic and hydrophilic diol with diisocyanate and water. Critical selection of the type, molecular weight and ratios of hydrophilic to hydrophobic diol, isocyanate to hydroxyl groups, average molecular weight of the diol component, the amount of water in the reaction mixture produces a polyuretheane having high slip, Shore A Hardness values, wet tensile strength and tear strength. This invention also includes uses of the polyurethane in catheters, shaving products, synthetic valves, veins and arteries, stents, ports, shunts and coatings. Preferably, the polyurethane is used in combination with a filler for application to rubber gloves. In addition, dispersions, lotions, gels and solutions can be formed of the polyurethane.
