    摘要: A method for preparation and polymerization of siloxane monomers of Formula I is presented. The synthesis includes the selective reaction between silanol containing unit and alkoxy containing units in the presence of basic catalyst. The siloxane monomers of the invention can be used for preparation of siloxane polymers with good flexibility and cracking threshold, and functional sites, useful for applications requiring low metal content in semiconductor industry.

    摘要: Provided according to some embodiments of the invention are methods of forming co-condensed silica particles. In some embodiments, the methods include reacting a thiol-containing silane and a backbone alkoxysilane in a reaction solution that comprises water to form thiol-functionalized co-condensed silica particles, wherein the thiol-functionalized co-condensed silica particles include a polysiloxane matrix and at least some of thiol groups are present within the polysiloxane matrix; and reacting the thiol-functionalized co-condensed silica particles with a nitrosating agent to provide the S-nitrosothiol-functionalized co-condensed silica particles. In some embodiments, provided are S-nitrosothiol-functionalized co-condensed silica particles.

    摘要: In the present invention, when an organopolysiloxane is produced by a dealcoholization condensation reaction between a silicon atom-bonded hydroxy group and a silicon atom-bonded alkoxy group, a quaternary ammonium ion-containing compound such as an alkylammonium hydroxide compound or a silanolate thereof is used as a catalyst. The catalyst for the dealcoholization condensation reaction of the present invention is easily removed after use and is stable. For this reason, when an organopolysiloxane is produced using the aforementioned catalyst, it is not necessary to use complicated production steps or a large amount of the catalyst.
