Abstract:
Provided are a class of alkylphenol compounds and a preparation method therefor. Specifically provided are a new alkyl polyphenol compound as represented by chemical formula I, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
Abstract:
The present invention is a phenol compound represented by the following general formula (1A). This phenol compound makes it possible to provide a phenol compound as an additive for a conductive paste composition having a small decrease in electric conductivity in repetitive elongations and shrinkages and excellent printing processability, a conductive paste composition containing the additive, and a conductive wire made by using the conductive paste composition.
Abstract:
A polymerizable monomer prepared by reacting at least one epoxidized cardanol with (meth)acrylic anhydride or (meth)acryloyl chloride in the presence of one or more of triethylamine, tertiary amines, pyridines and pyridine derivatives; wherein the epoxidized cardanol is formed by epoxidation of an unsaturation site of a cardanol having the formula:
wherein R is selected from hydrogen and an alkyl, or alkenyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, and n is 7, 10, or 13, a polymer and resin made form the polymerizable monomer, and a method of preparing such a polymer. The resin created from this monomer is suitable for moderate temperature composites and coatings applications.
Abstract:
Dimethoxyphenol-based monomers containing polymerizable functional groups such as [meth]acrylate groups are useful for the preparation of polymers, wherein one or more dimethoxyphenyl moieties are part of side chains pendant to the backbones of the polymers. The polymers thereby obtained may have different, improved properties, such as higher glass transition temperatures, thermal stability and solvent resistance, as compared to polymers based on other types of lignin-derived monomers.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a class of compounds represented by the formula I, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, methods for their preparation, and application as small molecule tools that function as GPR84 agonists, and their use in preparing a medicament for the treatment of septicemia.
Abstract:
A method of cannabinoid preservation includes separating a cannabinoid ethanol (EtOH) mixture from a cannabis extract through a filtration process; forming a slurry by combining a crystalline compound with the cannabinoid EtOH mixture; heating and agitating the slurry in a pressurized chamber to form a colloidal cannabinoid EtOH mixture; distributing the colloidal cannabinoid EtOH mixture into a tray to form an evenly distributed mixture layer; forming an evaporation vessel for the evenly distributed mixture layer through the attachment of a detachable cover to the tray; positioning and heating the evaporation vessel within a heating chamber; performing a rapid cools process as the evenly distributed mixture layer approaches approaches saturation temperature; repeating the rapid cooling process until crystal formation is detected within the evenly distributed mixture layer; and/or removing the evaporation vessel from the heating chamber upon detection of crystal formation.
Abstract:
The disclosure pertains to isolated white pine toxigenic endophytes and the compounds produced by the fungal endophytes as well as methods and uses of the white pine endophytes. The isolated white pine toxigenic endophytes are useful for preparing white pine seedlings and plants that have increased tolerance to a pest and are prepared by inoculating a white pine seedling during the susceptible time window.
