The driving mechanism is further connected to the guiding plate, the guiding plate and the rotating wheel can synchronously rotate to drive the supporting mechanism to pass through the bent portions.     摘要: A self-damping carrier basket pivot connection for a carrier basket transporter system having cars configured to travel along a pathway, at least some of which have a carrier basket pivotally connected thereto. The pivot connection includes a support connection configured for attachment a car. The support connection has at least three connection rollers that define a circular envelope and a mating connection configured to be attached to a back support of the carrier basket. The mating connection includes a housing with a part circular track that generally corresponds to or is larger than the circular envelope such that the rollers can be located within the part circular track. The part circular track includes at least one inwardly directed protrusion. The connection rollers engage in the part circular track such that the carrier basket is adapted to be pivotable by gravity so a product support surface of the carrier basket is maintained generally horizontal during movement of the carrier basket along the pathway, and the at least one inwardly directed protrusion provides an increased resistance to relative movement between the housing and a roller that contacts the protrusion.

There is a first, ascending vertical chain strand and a second, descending vertical chain strand. One link of the chain holds a support arm extending in a direction perpendicular to the chain. The support arm is attached laterally to a link by a mount. The mount has a support surface at each of its ends. At least across one of these support surfaces, the mount rests on another, contiguous mount of another support arm attached to another link of the chain, on the ascending strand and descending strand.

Each wheel track has at least one generally vertical portion and at least one generally horizontal portion. A conveyor member has two pairs of wheels, the wheels of each pair being located on opposite sides of the member, each pair of wheels engaging one pair of wheel tracks; the wheels and tracks are configured and oriented relative to each other so that the member is maintained in a selected orientation as the member moves relative to and along the tracks. The conveyor system includes a lift subsystem for preventing slippage of the conveyor member as the conveyor member travels around a curved portion of the conveyor system.

    摘要: In a station for forming a pile of layers of items, a surface receives layers of items to be transferred to a first support plane situated after the receiving surface. The items arranged in layers are moved along the receiving surfaces and the first support plane by driving chains connected by rods set crosswise to the receiving surface and support plane. The support plane is spaced apart from the receiving surface to define a window and a descending ramp is situated below the window. An additional conveyor formed by narrow slats or rolls, is situated at the window and is operated so that one flexible plate moves to cover and uncover the window, so that layers of items are alternately either carried from the receiving surface to the support plane or made to pass through the window and released on the descending ramp. The ramp can change inclination so as to connect the receiving surface to either one or the other of second and third support planes situated below the first support plane.

Each of the two or more vertical storage towers includes a set of movable storage shelves coupled to define an endless loop that may be rotated bi-directionally along a vertical storage path.
