Abstract:
A packaged, sealed container system for stable storage of a formulation of an oxygen-sensitive pharmaceutical compound, the packaged, sealed container system comprising a primary container including therein a formulation of an oxygen-sensitive pharmaceutical compound, a secondary outer container comprising a first flexible sheet layer, an opposing second flexible sheet layer, and a seal disposed along a common peripheral edge of the first and second flexible sheet layers, such that the primary container is disposed between and enclosed by the first and second flexible sheet layers of the secondary outer container. An oxygen scavenger is also disposed between and enclosed by the first and second flexible sheet layers of the secondary outer container. The oxygen scavenger is in fluid communication with the contents of the primary container.
Abstract:

The applicator assembly includes a wrapper, and an insert. The insert holds the chemical composition, and the insert is made of a foam composition compatible with the chemical composition. The system and method for manufacturing the assembly is a web conversion process for the chemical composition and foam composition of the assembly. The system and method for manufacturing the assembly includes a first roll, wrapper material, a second roll, foam material, a foam cutter, a dispenser, a flatbed hot seal packager, a sheet cutter, and an outfeed conveyor.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic product for changing the natural color of keratinic fibers, in particular human hair, which contains at least one package (VP) and a cosmetic composition (KM) located in this package (VP). The package is made of a multi-layer film (F) which contains at least two polymer layers (P1) and (P2) and at least one barrier layer (BS). The cosmetic composition comprises at least one oxidizing agent, at least one C8-C30 alcohol, at least one anionic surfactant, at least one nonionic surfactant and at least one liquid cosmetic oil. The use of the package (VP) in combination with the cosmetic composition (KM) surprisingly does not lead to a swelling of the package or excessive water loss of the agent (KM) during storage.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a facial mask kit in which an appropriate amount of a skin care agent is uniformly distributed on a facial mask sheet, thereby increasing the convenience of use of the facial mask and reducing the waste of the skin care agent. The present disclosure further provides a facial mask kit capable of increasing the efficacy of each component of the skin care agent by distributing the skin care agent having a plurality of components on the facial mask sheet immediately before use.
Abstract:
A toy includes a number of play objects that constitute surprises or prizes that are serially revealed to the child as the child removes various layers of wrappings from the toy. Some play objects are located between layers of wrapping. Other play objects are tucked into outer recesses of a spherical shell which is covered by the wrappings, such that removing one of the layers of wrappings reveals one compartment containing one play object at a time. Once all of the wrappings have been removed, the shell comes apart, thus revealing yet another play object. The play object within the shell can be a toy figure such as a doll, with other play objects that were previously revealed being clothing, accessories for the doll, or cards that contain information or other indicia that has a play relationship to the toy figure. The objects that are serially revealed bear a play relationship with one another.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, the flexible container includes (A) four panels, each panel comprising a flexible multilayer film. The flexible multilayer film includes a polymeric material composed of a polymeric material. The four panels form (i) a body, and (ii) a neck. The flexible container includes (B) a fitment having a top portion and a base. The fitment is composed of a polymeric material. The base is sealed in the neck. The base has (C) a cross-sectional shape with a diameter (d), and the base has a wall thickness (WT). The base has a d/WT ratio wherein the d/WT ratio (in mm) is from 35 to 800.
Abstract:
A packet includes a front panel and a back panel defining an internal volume therebetween. The front panel and the back panel include a first edge having a plurality of first recesses formed therein. A nozzle provides a path of fluid communication from the internal volume, through the first edge, to an exterior of the packet. A consumer product is disposed within the internal volume. A cap is configured to prevent the consumer product from flowing from the internal volume, through the nozzle, and to the exterior of the packet.
Abstract:
A package and method for opening the package are disclosed. The package includes a first film and a second film forming an enclosure and at least one tab area and defining a package periphery, the enclosure defining an interior volume configured to receive a product. The package further includes first and second breachable bubbles formed within first and second tab portions of the at least one tab area. Upon application of pressure by a user, the first and second breachable bubbles breach. The package may be alternated between a first position, wherein the first tab portion and the second tab portion are substantially sealed from each other to facilitate breaching, and a second position, wherein the first tab portion and the second tab portion are in fluid communication with each other.
Abstract:
The opening/closing device for a disposable flexible container includes a base sheet (1) having a first layer (1 a) with a lower surface covered by a first adhesive (3), a second layer (1b) attached on the first layer (1a) by a second adhesive (8a), and contour cuts (5) defining an opening/closing flap (2) connected to the rest of the base sheet (1) by a fold line (6) that has aligned discontinuous cuts affecting both the first and second layers (1a, 1b) and the first and second adhesives (3, 8a). Optionally, the base sheet (1) includes a third layer (1c) attached on the second layer (1b) by a third adhesive (8b), and optionally the aligned discontinuous cuts of the fold line (6) also affect the third layer (1c).
