摘要: An electric work vehicle includes a battery container provided in a traveling vehicle body and including a guiding unit, and a battery pack removably attached to the battery container and including a guided unit. A pair of rollers are provided in one of the guiding unit and the guided unit, and a pair of engaging portion to be engaged with the rollers are provided in the other of the guiding unit and the guided unit. When the battery pack is loaded or unloaded onto/from the battery container at the loading/unloading position, the rollers engage with the engaging portions, thereby functioning as pivot fulcrums for enabling the battery pack to pivot for loading and unloading.

The transporting device includes a first pushing device and a second pushing device, which first pushing device displaces the second pushing device and which second pushing device supports the battery, the first pushing device is displaceable in the depth direction, and the second pushing device, in relation to the first pushing device, is both displaceable in the width direction and pivotable in relation to the supporting plane of the first pushing device. Also disclosed is a method for battery replacement using such a device.

摘要: An electric vehicle includes a frame unit and a vehicle body cover unit. The vehicle body cover unit includes a thread board shielding left and right tread tubes of the frame unit between which a receiving space is defined to receive a battery box that receives and holds a battery. The battery box has two sides provided with support shafts. The battery box is rotatable between an open position and a storage position. A locking device is selectively set in releasable engagement with a positioning member provided on the battery box so as to selectively lock the battery box in the storage position. An operation unit is provided for controlling the locking device to engage with or disengage from the positioning member so as to allow the battery box to rotate from the storage position to the open position.

The battery module mounting area includes a first set of battery module compartments arranged along a first longitudinal side of the battery module mounting area, and a second set of battery module compartments arranged along a second longitudinal side of the battery module mounting area. Each battery module compartment in the first and second sets of battery module compartments includes an insertion-side through which a battery module is configured to be inserted into the battery module compartment and/or removed from the battery module compartment. The insertion-side of each battery module compartment in the first and second sets of battery module compartments is configured to be closed via an insertion-side cover to form a battery housing with a closed compartment profile that is characterized by each battery module compartment being sealed from at least one other battery module compartment in the battery housing.

摘要: An opening control structure of an electric vehicle battery box is provided. An electric vehicle at least includes a frame unit and a vehicle body cover unit that covers the frame unit. The frame unit shaft-supports a battery box thereon. The battery box receives and holds therein a battery that supplies electrical power for driving the electric vehicle. The battery box is provided with an operation device that sets the battery box at an open position or a storage position. The operation device is electrically connected to an operation controller. The operation controller is electrically connected with a verifying unit. The verifying unit is put into operation by a to-be-verified unit or through sensing. As such, easiness of lifting and removing a battery and burglarproofness are improved.
