    摘要: A method of screen printing positionally synchronizes a plurality of pallet assemblies on a first screen printing machine with a plurality of pallet assemblies on a second screen printing machine. A screen printed garment having a properly aligned first image received from the first screen printing machine is transferred on a portion of one of the pallet assemblies on the first screen printing machine to one of the plurality of pallet assemblies on the second printing machine. The properly aligned first image on the garment is in proper positional alignment with a screen printing head on the second screen printing machine such that a second image complimentary to the first image is printed on the garment in proper position on the garment relative to the first image without user intervention to positionally locate the first image relative to the screen printing head on the second machine.

The print executing parts 20A, 20B are respectively placed at positions on the substrate support tables 10A, 10B where printing on the substrate W is enabled.

    摘要: A component mounting line has a screen printing apparatus and component mounting apparatuses. Each component mounting apparatus includes a first substrate carrying lane and a second substrate carrying lane, carries a first type substrate on which a first pattern has been printed in the first substrate carrying lane, performs a component mounting-relevant operation on the first type substrate, carries a second type substrate on which a second pattern has been printed in the second substrate carrying lane, and performs a component mounting-relevant operation on the second type substrate. The screen printing apparatus selects a type of the substrate to be carried in depending on whether a substrate is carried in the second component mounting apparatus downstream from the screen printing apparatus.

    摘要: Disclosed is an inexpensive small-sized screen printing machine having low redundancy and high production efficiency and applicable to a dual conveying-type component mounting machine. The screen printing machine comprises a pair of substrate supporting tables provided to hold a respective substrate that is a print object and which is juxtaposed in a direction that is perpendicular to a conveying direction of the substrate, and a print executing section that performs a printing process alternately on the substrate held by the pair of substrate supporting tables. Due to the print executing section being driven in the direction under control of a control unit, a print position where the substrate supporting tables execute alternate printing is changed within a range in which one of the pair of substrate supporting tables and the other of the pair of substrate supporting tables oppose each other in the direction.

    摘要: A screen printing apparatus includes: a barrier member which butts against a screen mask and a squeegee to prevent paste on the screen mask from escaping to an outside of a printing width of the board; and an urging mechanism which urges the barrier member toward the screen mask. The urging mechanism includes: a first magnetic member held by the squeegee head such that a first pole surface having a first magnetic pole is directed toward the barrier member; and a second magnetic member held by the barrier member such that a second pole surface having a second magnetic pole opposite to the first magnetic pole is directed toward the first magnetic member, whereby the urging mechanism urges the barrier member by an attracting magnetic force acting between the first pole surface and the second pole surface.
