Abstract:
According to a water-based composition characterized by containing a colorant, water, a wetting agent, an amine compound, a hydroxyl group-containing organic solvent and a urethane resin having a polycarbonate group, there is provided a water-based coating composition being capable of easily controlling the gloss of a coating film applied on an object to be coated, having good storage stability, and being excellent in wetting properties to an object to be coated and continuous discharge stability without causing nozzle clogging.
Abstract:
Two different flows for air-fuel mixture are formed by two different variational amounts for changing the air-fuel ratio of the mixture. Response delay times for different exhaust gas flows are measured as time periods from a first time point at which the air-fuel ratio of the mixture is changed to a second time point at which an output of an oxygen sensor is changed. The oxygen sensor is provided in an exhaust pipe of an engine at a downstream side of an exhaust gas purifying catalyst. A difference between the two response delay times is compared with a predetermined threshold value to carry out the diagnosis for the catalyst deterioration.

A vehicle-mounted video communication system is equipped with first to fourth image pickup devices, mounted on a vehicle, for transmitting video data obtained by picking up an image; first to fourth video processing devices for processing the video data; and a vehicle-mounted video relay device having connection sections connected to the first to fourth image pickup devices and the first to fourth video processing devices via communication cables and configured to transmit the video data transmitted from the first to fourth image pickup devices selectively or in a multiplexed state to the first to fourth video processing devices.
Abstract:
A screen printing apparatus includes a printing execution unit that performs screen printing on a substrate. At least one substrate support table that is provided movably along a specific direction orthogonal to the conveying direction. A table drive mechanism that moves the substrate support table at least between substrate entry and exit positions along a specific direction. The substrate entry and exit positions are set asymmetrically with respect to the specific direction. A printing execution unit drive mechanism is provided to drive the printing execution unit along the specific direction. A control unit is provided to control the printing execution unit drive mechanism so that the printing execution unit is driven to set the printing position on a substrate conveying path needed for the substrate support table to move from the substrate entry to the substrate exit.
Abstract:
An engine start is beforehand detected when a preparation operation to engine start is detected. When the preparation operation is detected based on a seat switch indicating that a driver seats himself on a driver seat, control of an electric current for a heater of an air/fuel ratio sensor is started. The air/fuel ratio sensor is then activated prior to the engine start. Failure diagnosis is conducted on a function for detecting the preparation operation. Namely, the seat switch is diagnosed as having failure, for instance, by the following. Even while a vehicle travels, the seat switch is in an OFF state indicating that no driver is seated. This structure can restrict the engine start without the air/fuel ratio sensor being pre-heated. It can also restrict deteriorating of emission.
Abstract:
In a switch device including: a push button disposed in an opening of a switch case and operable to be tilted in any one of a plurality of directions by being pushed at an outer edge side; a rubber contact that forces the push button to a position before pushing; and a movable contact and a fixed contact connectable to each other by each pushing operation on the push button, a convex portion and a concave portion that can be spaced apart from each other are separately provided to the push button and the switch case for rotational support and positional regulation of the push button with respect to the switch case at the time of a tilting operation by each pushing.
Abstract:
In an optical communications module comprising one or more dielectric substrates equipped with an optical transmitter section, an optical receiver section or an optical transceiver section, and a chassis encasing all of them, a metal part is formed on one side of at least one of the dielectric substrates such that the metal part constitutes the whole or a part of the exterior surface of the chassis so that the length of heat conduction from a dielectric substrate with heat-generating components installed thereon can be minimized so as to efficiently release heat through the metal part to outside, curbing a temperature increase within the chassis. Thus, the optical communications module can exhibit excellent performance.
Abstract:
A substrate working device includes: a base; a first substrate working table and a second substrate working table movably supported on the base; an indicator provided to one of a base side member, which is formed on the base or a member fixed to the base, and the first and second substrate working tables; an imaging unit provided on the other one, which is different from the one, of the base side member and the first and second substrate working tables in order to image the indicator; and a control unit that, by causing the imaging unit to image the indicator and based on image data thereof, acquires position information related to each of the substrate working tables and that moreover determines whether or not the respective substrate working tables interfere with each other at the time of movement of each substrate working table based on the position information.
Abstract:
An inexpensive small-sized screen printing machine having low redundancy and high production efficiency and applicable to a dual conveying-type component mounting machine. A pair of substrate supporting tables juxtaposed in a specific direction is provided. Screen printing is alternately performed by a single print executing section in a common area which can be shared by the two substrate supporting tables. In doing so, when one substrate supporting table located at a print position among the pair of substrate supporting tables starts exiting the print position, the other substrate supporting table starts entry to the print position.
