The production layout for an LCD includes a bonding part operable to bond a pair of substrates for the LCD with a sealant and a hardening part operable to harden the sealant. The hardening part includes an ion provider operable to supply ions to the substrates during a hardening process of the sealant. The production layout further includes a transfer unit that loads and unloads the bonded substrates. Footprint and tact time for manufacturing the LCD may be reduced. Electrostatic removal effect of the bonded substrates may improve.

    摘要: Optical components, such as optical semi-isolators, are placed in a fixture that exposes at least a portion of the mounting surface of each optical component when a plasma or ion beam is directed at one side of the fixture, while shielding sensitive surfaces of the optical components (e.g., an optical element mounted within the frame of the optical component) from direct exposure to the plasma or ion beam. Exposure to the plasma or ion beam removes contaminants (e.g., metal oxide) that form on the mounting surface during the fabrication of the optical components when the optical element is mounted within its frame using glass solder in a heated oxygenated environment (e.g., air). By removing enough of the contaminants, the plasma or ion beam cleaning step produces optical components that can be reliably mounted onto substrates, such as the ceramic substrates used in encapsulated laser packages, using flux-less auto-bonding techniques.

The substrate separation apparatus includes: an upper transfer part which fixes the upper substrate and transfers the upper substrate in a positive X-axis direction in an XY coordinate system composed of an X axis and a Y axis intersecting each other; and a lower transfer part which is installed under the upper transfer part with a gap therebetween and fixes and transfers the lower substrate, wherein the lower transfer part includes: a lower holding unit on which the lower substrate is placed; and a lower guide unit which includes path guides for guiding movement of the lower holding unit, wherein the path guides include a first path guide which is parallel to the X axis and a second path guide which is continuous with the first path guide and contacts a straight line having a negative slope in the XY coordinate system.

The supporting substrate for manufacturing a flexible information display device includes: a coating layer formed therein with a plurality micro-protrusions formed on the supporting substrate; and a temporary bonding/debonding layer formed on the coating layer and including an adhesive material mechanically interlocked with and bonded to the supporting substrate through Van der Waals bonding force. The method provides a method capable of economically manufacturing the display device having a high resolution while reviewing a cost competitive force by reducing a device investment cost and improving the yield rate in the flexible flat panel information display device.
