Moreover, the continuous molding machine (10) includes a post-molding device (68), the post-molding device (68) includes a post-mold cooling table (70) that is movably linked to the frame (14) of the continuous molding machine (10), and a quantity of molded article holders (72) linked to the post-mold cooling table (70), the quantity of molded article holders (72) being configured to receive and hold the just-molded molded articles (2).

    摘要: A clamping unit for an injection molding machine includes a fixed platen, a support platen, and a moving platen which is arranged between the fixed platen and the support platen for back and forth movement. An opening and closing mechanism constructed as crank drive having at least one crank disk is provided to effect a back and forth movement of the moving platen in relation to the support platen, with the crank disk rotatable by a drive mechanism. A first connecting rod links the crank disk to the support platen, and a second connecting rod links the crank disk to the moving platen, wherein at least one of the first and second connecting rods is articulated in eccentric relationship to the crank disk. A pulling means extends between the support platen and the fixed platen to allow a buildup of a clamping force between the fixed platen and the moving platen.

    摘要: The present invention provides a parting locking device configured such that a locking member can be uncoupled from a base holder even with a locking bar inserted in the locking member, and the locking bar stably moves. The locking bar includes a thick-walled and thin-walled portions. In a first state in which the thick-walled portion is located between an engagement element and the inner surface of a bar inserting hole, and in a third state in which the locking bar is pulled out of the locking member, the engagement element is moved to first or second engagement element paths, and the locking member is uncoupled from the base holder. In a second state in which the thin-walled portion is located between the engagement element and the inner surface of the bar inserting hole (9), the engagement element is engaged with engagement recesses, thereby keeping the locking member coupled to the base holder.

    摘要: A mold clamping device includes a frame, a fixed base for supporting a first mold, the fixed base being fixedly mounted on the frame, a movable base for supporting a second mold, the movable base being movably mounted on the frame in confronting relation to the fixed base, first means on the frame for driving the movable base to move rectilinearly toward and away from the fixed base, a cam follower supported on the movable base, a cam supported on the frame and having a cam surface held in contact with the cam follower, and second means for driving the cam in a mold clamping stroke to displace the cam follower for enabling the movable base to clamp the second mold firmly against the first mold on the fixed base, the cam surface being defined by a cam follower displacement curve having a gradient which is greater at an initial stage of the mold clamping stroke and becomes smaller as the mold clamping stroke progresses. When the cam is driven by the second means, the cam follower is displaced thereby to clamp the first and second molds together. The cam is small in size to make the mold clamping device small in size, and is high in rigidity to allow itself to be driven by a small force.
