    摘要: A hand-held machine tool is disclosed. The tool has an electric motor and an output shaft which can be driven by the electric motor about a working axis. The output shaft has an intake space which is open on the output side for receiving a machine tool and which has two elongated holes cutting into the intake space in the radial direction. Blocking elements lie in the elongated holes and protrude into the intake space and are movable between an end on the output side of the elongated hole and an end on the drive side of the elongated hole. The blocking elements abut on a radial stop in the radial direction and are forced into the intake space in an engaging manner. The stop overlaps in a locked position with the ends on the output side of the elongated holes and can be moved in the withdrawal direction against a spring force of a spring for releasing a radial movement of the blocking elements from the engagement with the intake space. A second spring includes a support ring, two bows protruding from the support ring in the withdrawal direction and bent around the intake space in the form of a segment of a circle, and a pin engaging radially from each bow in the withdrawal direction in front of the blocking element into the elongated hole.

    摘要: A production method for a tool socket includes forming a hollow spindle An elongated recess is provided in the wall. The spindle includes unalloyed or low-alloyed steel grades. An insert includes a high-alloyed tool steel. The insert has a pedestal that is complementary to the recess and it also has a rib. The insert is placed into the hollow spindle in such a way that the pedestal rests in the recess and the rib projects into the interior of the spindle. The pedestal is soldered into the recess at a temperature that is above the Ac3 temperatures of the steel grades employed. The combined structure is cooled and then undergoes a heat treatment in an atmosphere containing sufficient carbon to carburize the hollow spindle but not sufficient to carburize the insert. The heat treatment of the combined structure is carried out at a temperature between 800° C. and 950° C. The combined structure is cooled down in a salt bath or liquid bath subsequent to the heat treatment.

    摘要: A tool bit has an axially extending shank section (1) to be inserted into a chuck in a manually-operated tool. The tool bit has an axially extending working section extending from the shank section. In the end region of the shank section remote from the working section there are first faces (2) acting in the axial direction and second faces (3) acting in the circumferential direction. In addition, the shank section (1) has entrainment faces (4a) spaced axially from the first and second faces toward the working section. The entrainment faces (4a) are located radially outwardly from the first and second faces (2, 3). The entrainment faces (4a) are part of grooves formed by a profiled section of the shank section and the grooves are open in the axial direction toward the first and second faces. The entrainment faces (4a) are radially spaced outwardly from the outer surface of the part of the shank section containing the first and second faces, so that they are able to transmit larger torques.
