摘要: A method for reducing vibrations in a percussion tool includes activating, using an electronic controller of the percussion tool, the motor of the percussion tool, determining, using the electronic controller, that the percussion tool is in a loaded condition, and operating, using the electronic controller, the motor in accordance with a predetermined profile in response to determining that the percussion tool is in the loaded condition. The method also includes determining, using the electronic controller, that the percussion tool is in a no-load condition and operating, using the electronic controller, the motor with reduced speed in response to determining that the percussion tool is in the no-load condition.

摘要: A method to control a power tool including the method steps: specifying the rotational speed of the drive at a first value, measuring a first amplitude of a signal, filtering the signal within a frequency range, measuring a second amplitude of the filtered signal, reducing the rotational speed of the drive to a second value if the first amplitude exceeds a first quantity and if the second amplitude exceeds a second quantity, and incrementally increasing the rotational speed of the drive to the first value, whereby each incremental increase of the rotational speed only takes place once the first amplitude remains below the first quantity for a time interval, and the second amplitude remains below the second quantity. A power tool that uses this method, includes: a drive, an acceleration sensor a filter, and a control unit.

摘要: A hammering tool includes, within its tool main body, a piston which reciprocates by using a motor as its drive force, a hammering member which carries out its hammering operation in linking with the reciprocating motion of the piston, and an intermediate member which transmits a hammering force of the hammering member to a top end tool mounted on the top end of the tool main body. The tool main body further includes a measuring device which measures a hammering state of the hammering member and a control device which controls the number of rotations of the motor. The control device, according to measurement results of the measuring device, determines the limit number of times of hammering where the hammering member becomes unable to follow the reciprocating motion of the piston, and thus controls the number of rotations of the motor.

摘要: A drill includes a housing with a motor coupled to an output spindle via a transmission. A mode collar can be rotatably mounted on the housing for movement that corresponds to different modes of operation. The mode collar can be coupled to an electronic switch to operate a movable member thereof. The coupling can include a switch housing including a slide member, an actuation spring member and a return spring member. The mode collar can have a cam surface and a cam follower in the form of a shift pin that moves the slide member, causing actuation of the switch. The actuation spring member provides a biasing force that is sufficient to overcome a biasing force of a switch spring member to move the movable member into the actuated position. The mode collar can also enable and disable contact between a fixed hammer member and a movable hammer member mounted around the output spindle.

摘要: An improved impact power tool for carving and engraving an article comprises an air delivery system operable to communicate with a pressurized air source; a drive assembly operable to receive air from the pressurized air source via the air delivery system; a hand held device in driven communication with the drive assembly; and a housing for storage of the air delivery system and drive assembly. The tool includes an improved valve design, a throttle bias valve, and an air storage tank housed within the housing, and an improved housing construction. The improved valve design and air storage tank enable greater stroke speeds of a work tool over a wider power range while also improving the crispness and speed of the impact reaction time over the entire range. The throttle bias valve is in communication with an additional exhaust path, such that the bias valve allows improved control of the hand held device and improved operation over a wider range of air pressures.

Additionally, the hammer drill includes a first sensor, which indicates the mode of operation of drive transmission; and a second sensor which indicates whether the lock-on mechanism is locked; and a controller which is capable of interfering with the operation of the motor, when the controller detects that the drive transmission is in the rotary mode of operation and the lock-on mechanism has been locked.

摘要: The invention is based on a hand power tool having a tool mount capable of being driving in an at least rotating fashion via a drive motor and a drilling spindle (13), which said tool mount comprises a clamping device for securing tools that is capable of being operated in the direction of rotation of the drilling spindle (13), and having an arresting mechanism (38), via which the drilling spindle (13) can be coupled in torsion-resistant fashion relative to a part (27) of the machine housing (26) to tighten and loosen the clamping device of the tool mount (12), and which opens automatically when torque is transferred from the drive motor to the tool mount (12) and locks automatically when torque is transferred from the tool mount (12) to the drive motor. The arresting mechanism (38) is located on an intermediate shaft (17) and combined with a safety clutch (58) that is also located on the intermediate shaft (17) (FIG. 2).

The driving mechanism is configured to perform an operation of linearly reciprocating the tool accessory along a driving axis extending in a front-rear direction. The handle includes a grip part extending substantially in an up-down direction, and a battery-mounting part provided on a lower side of the grip part. An upper end portion of the handle is connected to a rear end portion of the body housing via an elastic member so as to be movable relative to the body housing. A lower end portion of the handle is connected to the rear end portion of the body housing so as to be rotatable relative to the body housing, around a rotation axis extending in a left-right direction. The rotation axis is located on a lower side of the battery-mounting part.
