摘要: An eyeglass lens peripheral edge processing system includes a plurality of eyeglass manufacturing devices and a robot arm. The plurality of eyeglass manufacturing devices 1 perform mutually different steps out of a plurality of steps for processing the eyeglass lens, and include mutually different housings. The robot arm includes an arm unit and a holding unit. The arm unit has a plurality of joint portions. The holding unit is disposed in the arm unit to hold and release an object. The robot arm rotates the arm unit via the joint portion to move the object held by the holding unit. The robot arm rotates the arm unit to move the eyeglass lens between the plurality of eyeglass manufacturing devices.

The article support is a blocker support configured to receive a surfacing blocker onto which the optical article is to be disposed for lamination, the article support being further configured to transmit laminating forces induced by the predetermined pressure to the lamination machine during a lamination operation.

Each work space can be moved, together with the workpiece holding arrangement, with respect to the machine frame in a movement cycle from a loading station (PS) on the machine frame, via stationary treatment and/or processing stations (DS, CS) which are spatially distanced from the loading station.-

摘要: A manually operated lens cribber has a cutting compartment on a base. The cutting compartment has a door that is moveable between a closed position and an open position. A cutting tool is inside the cutting compartment and rotates about a first axis. A lens blank carrier is attached to the base in a manner to be manually movable across the base on a second axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The lens blank carrier has a hand operated screw mechanism on which a lens blank can be mounted and which moves the lens along a third axis that is substantially parallel to the first axis. A releasable end stop is positioned on the base for positioning the lens blank carrier relative to the cutting tool so that the desired amount of material is removed from the lens blank. A calibration and positioning scale is also provided.

摘要: A centering machine for, in particular, optical lenses has two centering spindles. The rotationally drivable centering spindle shafts are axially aligned with respect to a centering axis and constructed at the ends for the mounting of clamping bells. A stroke device axially adjusts one centering spindle shaft relative to the other centering spindle shaft along the centering axis for alignment of the lens between the clamping bells. A clamping device applies to a centering spindle shaft a clamping force clamping the aligned lens. At least one processing unit is movable relative to the centering axis, with a tool for edge processing of the clamped lens. In order to enable an optimized bell clamping process, the stroke device and the clamping device and/or a rotary drive for the axially adjustable centering spindle shaft are arranged coaxially with respect to the centering axis.
