Abstract:
A method and a system for processing optical lenses in which the lenses are conveyed to individual processing apparatuses or processing lines corresponding to an assignment. The assignment takes into consideration maintenance that is due.
Abstract:
A device and method are described having/using at least a first radiation source and a second source of radiation, at least one measurement or detection device as well as at least one evaluation system with the first radiation source and second radiation source either oriented towards a top or bottom side of the optically effective object, or together oriented towards the top or bottom of the optically effective object, whereby at least the first radiation source emits reflective radiation towards the optically effective object and/or excitation radiation emitted for the stimulation of luminescence radiation in the material of the optically effective object and/or in the coating material of the optically effective object, and whereby the second radiation source at least emits radiation that penetrates through the optically effective object.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for lens processing, with at least one receiving device for at least one transport box, with at least one measuring device, and at least one processing device. According to the invention it is provided that between the at least one measuring device and the at least one processing device at least one conveying device is provided, that between the at least one receiving device, the at least one measuring device and the at least one conveying device at least one handling device or apparatus is provided in such a way that the at least one measuring device, the at least one conveying device and the at least one processing device can be arranged or are arranged in any number and/or orientation relative to each other. The present invention further relates to a corresponding method for lens processing and to a processing device for lenses.
Abstract:
A method for placing an optical lens, with a first side and a second side, on a block piece for holding the optical lens and which has a coupling part for holding the block piece in a workpiece chuck and with a holding part for fastening the lens. The holding part has a convex or concave holding surface corresponding to a first side of the lens. The holding surface is, according to the shape of the lens to be held, provided in the form of a negative free-forming surface, and the block piece is made from a plastic that can be machined.
Abstract:
One exemplary embodiment relates to an installation and a method for processing ophthalmic lenses, with several processing devices for processing the lenses. The embodiment includes a conveying device connecting the processing devices for transporting lens carriers to and from the processing devices, and with a transfer device for changing transport tracks as required. According to the embodiment, it is provided that the processing devices are arranged in front of the first transport track and that the transfer device is designed as a pushing device with a fork-shaped guide device which guides the lens carriers laterally and in the direction of conveyance.
Abstract:
A device and a method for the coating of lenses. The lenses which are to be coated are arranged in pairs over parallel tubular targets such that they each overlap both a homogeneous and an inhomogeneous removal region of the target and the lenses rotated so that an especially uniform coating can be achieved.
Abstract:
An apparatus for blocking of lenses, in particular eyeglass lenses. The blocking apparatus has a blocking station, which is designed for at least partially chronologically overlapping blocking of at least two lenses directly to one block piece apiece that is provided with a block material. In addition, the blocking apparatus has an aligning apparatus which is designed for at least partially chronologically overlapping, position-controlled rotating of the lenses around three rotational axes in respectively one defined rotational position. Moreover, the blocking apparatus has a transport apparatus, which is designed, in particular, for at least partially chronologically overlapping transport of the lenses to one block piece apiece that is located in the blocking station and for holding the lenses in the respectively defined rotational position.
Abstract:
A block piece for holding an optical lens to be machined, with a coupling part for being held in a workpiece chuck and with a holding part for fastening the lens. The holding part has a convex or concave holding surface corresponding to a first side of the lens. The holding surface is, according to the shape of the lens to be held, provided in the form of a negative free-forming surface, and the block piece is made from a plastic that can be machined. The principal axis of the holding surface is arranged set off and/or tilted relative to the axis of rotation of the coupling part
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tool holder for a processing tool for processing optical workpieces with a holder head for receiving a processing tool and a holder body for fastening the tool holder to a tool spindle. According to the invention, it is provided that the holder head is annular with an annular rim and that at least two holding elements are arranged on the annular rim. The present invention relates further to a processing tool for processing optical workpieces having receiving openings in its base body.
Abstract:
An installation and a method for processing optical lenses, whereby transport carriers and block pieces are conveyed backward after use in each case to a commissioning device or blocking device, and the lens carriers are fitted by machine with unblocked or blocked lenses in order to make possible an automated and optimized process sequence.
