    摘要: In an injection cylinder which can be connected with a plunger, the internal portion of the cylinder part is partitioned by a piston into a rod-side chamber on the side of the piston rod and a head-side chamber on the opposite side. An accumulator can supply a hydraulic fluid to the head-side chamber. A head-use pressure sensor can detect a pressure of the head-side chamber. A flow control valve can control a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the rod-side chamber. A control device includes an OP control part which starts open control driving the flow control valve to the opening direction after the start of supply of the hydraulic fluid from the accumulator to the head-side chamber conditional on the detection pressure of the head-use pressure sensor rising up to the predetermined set value.

    摘要: Provided is a high-pressure casting method and a high-pressure casting device which are capable of safe and high-quality casting of a high-fusion-point metal having a fusion point exceeding 1000 K. After melting a casting material (1) inside a melting container (2) of cartridge type, the melting container (2) is linearly moved to pass through a guide (14) attached to a casting port bush (13) to thereby be communicated with the casting port bush (13). The melting container (2) is brought into close contact with the guide (14) and is setting to a cooling state. After the elapse of prescribed time, a plunger (50) is brought into contact with a plunger tip (4), and is immediately transferred together with a molten metal to the casting port bush (13). The molten metal is pressurized inside the casting port bush (13), and is injection-filled into a cavity (10).

    摘要: An injection molding system and methods for improving performance of the same. The system includes a plunger rod and a melt zone that are provided in-line and on a vertical axis. The plunger rod is moved in a vertical direction through the melt zone to move molten material into a mold. The injection molding system can perform the melting and molding processes under a vacuum. Skull formation in molten material is reduced by providing an RF transparent sleeve in the melt zone and/or a skull trapping portion adjacent an inlet of the mold. It can also be controlled based on the melting unit. Vacuum evacuation can be reduced during part ejection by using a plunger seal, so that evacuation time between cycles is reduced.

    摘要: A rotary plate is rotatably supported with respect to a stationary base using an R-guide, and the weight of the rotary plate and a mold mounted to the rotary plate is also supported by the R-guide in addition to a bearing. Therefore, a moment and a vertical downward load acting on the bearing of the rotary plate can be reduced. A block of the R-guide is fixed with respect to the rotary plate side through a disc spring. Therefore, while the rotary plate is rotating, the elastic force of the disc spring causes the rotary plate to separate from the stationary base by a space, which reduces the rotational resistance of the rotary plate. During mold clamping, respective pressure-receiving surfaces of the rotary plate and the stationary base contact each other against the elastic force of the disc spring, which enables reliable transfer of a mold clamping load to the stationary base.

    摘要: A metal alloy is heated to a molten state and then poured into a shallow shot chamber defined by a shot sleeve and a shot piston of a vertical die cast press. A homogenizing member having L-shape arms projecting outwardly from a vertical shaft is inserted into the molten metal, and the shaft and arms are simultaneously rotated and orbited by a six axes robot for moving more solidified semi-solid metal cooled by the shot sleeve and shot piston into a more liquified semi-solid metal within a central portion of the shot chamber to form a homogenizing slurry. The force required to move the homogenizing member is used to determine the solid fraction of the slurry and to stop the homogenizing process after a predetermined force is detected. A hydraulic cylinder actuates the piston to transfer the semi-solid slurry upwardly from the shot chamber into a die cavity.
