摘要: Raw materials of a fermented milk include partially degreased raw milk, 4-10% w/w of saccharide based on the mass of the raw milk, 0.06-0.15% w/w of lactase based on the mass of the raw milk, 0.03-0.18% w/w of a stabilizer based on the mass of the raw milk, and 20-50 dcu of fermenting bacteria added per 100 kg of the raw milk; and the fermenting bacteria is one or more selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus, and preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus plantarum with a preservation number of CGMCC No. 19748, Lactobacillus acidophilus with a preservation number of CGMCC No. 1084 and Streptococcus thermophilus. According to the fermented milk and a preparation method thereof, the prepared fermented milk has a more stable state during the shelf life.

摘要: Disclosed is a piglet feed based on bacteria enzyme synergistic fermentation process. The piglet feed is composed of basic components and bacteria enzyme synergistic fermentation feed. Basic components include soybean protein concentrate, whey powder, fish meal, sodium chloride, choline chloride, stone powder, calcium hydrogen phosphate, composite vitamins, composite trace elements, and composite amino acids. The bacterial enzyme synergistic fermentation feed includes a fermentation substrate, an enzyme preparation, and a bacterial strain. The bacterial enzyme synergistic fermentation feed can not only improve the production performance of piglets, but also improve the utilization rate of feed nutrients, especially the utilization rate of feed phosphorus, thereby reducing the excretion of phosphorus in feces.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a coated probiotic having enhanced acid tolerance, bile tolerance, gastrointestinal survivability, cold storage stability and room temperature storage stability by including milk-derived phospholipid and Aloe vera gel as a coating agent, a food composition containing the same, and a method for producing the same. As the coated probiotic includes the Aloe vera gel and the milk-derived phospholipid as the coating agent, it may have increased stabilities against external environmental stress, such as lyophilization stability and storage stability of the probiotic itself, and may have significantly enhanced acid tolerance and bile tolerance which are the indices of the gastrointestinal stability of the probiotic after taking.

摘要: The present invention provides novel Lactobacillus sp. strains, novel Bifidobacterium sp. strains, or lactic acid bacteria mixtures thereof, which are isolated from kimchi or human feces. A certain Lactobacillus sp. strain or certain Bifidobacterium sp. strain according to the present invention is isolated from kimchi or human feces, and thus is highly safe, and has various physiological activities such as antioxidant activity, β-glucuronidase inhibitory activity, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) production inhibitory activity or tight junction protein expression-inducing activity. Accordingly, a certain Lactobacillus sp. strain, certain Bifidobacterium sp. strain or mixture thereof according to the present invention may be used as a functional food or medicinal material useful for the prevention, alleviation or treatment of intestinal damage, liver injury, allergic disease, inflammatory disease, or obesity.
