摘要： A unitary elastic mold and cutter combination configured to mold and cut moldable material is disclosed herein. The mold and cutter combination comprises an elastic mold cavity having an elastic bottom wall with an embossed inner surface and an elastic sidewall extending from and unitary with a perimeter of the bottom wall. An elastic cutting blade extends from and is unitary with the sidewall of the mold cavity and is configured to cut moldable material and maintain a substantially consistent perimeter upon cutting. The cutting blade comprises a cutting edge disposed between an inner cutting blade surface and an outer cutting blade surface. The mold and cutter combination may have an elasticity sufficient to release molded material therefrom by hand stretching, wherein the cutting edge, inner cutting blade surface, and the inner surface of the sidewall of the mold cavity are stretched by an amount sufficient to release the molded material.

摘要： A pastry producing apparatus (3) produces a pastry in which overlying dough (53) is placed on core dough (15). On a downstream side of the pastry producing apparatus (3), an upper curved surface forming apparatus (5) presses the overlying dough against the core dough, thereby forms the overlying dough and the core dough integrally with each other. On a downstream side of the upper curved surface forming apparatus (5), a shaping apparatus (7) horizontally moves such a pastry formed by the upper curved surface forming apparatus (5), and performs a shaping action for the pastry. Moreover, on a downstream side of the shaping apparatus (7), an imprinting apparatus (9) presses a template against an upper portion of the pastry subjected to the shaping action by the shaping apparatus (7), and imprints, to the upper portion, an appropriate groove-shaped pattern provided in the template. The pastry producing apparatus (3) composes one unit (U1). The upper curved surface forming apparatus (5), the shaping apparatus (7) and the imprinting apparatus (9) compose another unit (U2) in combination with one another.

摘要： An impression device for food items. More particularly, the present invention is a stamping device designed to create images upon a variety of foods for decoration and/or marketing purposes. The stamper device of the present invention has the general appearance of a traditional rubber stamp, with large knob at the top to quickly adjust the depth of embossings. Small wings beside the knob provide an instant feature for orientation and comfortable ergonomic grip. The device provides both an emboss-only mode, and emboss-and-cut simultaneously mode, much in the manner of a cookie cutter. A simple snap means located at the bottom of the device functions to change such modes. Under the base of the device is a “socket set” style snap-in stamping die. As is the case with the roller device, the stamper device may be utilized for: 1) standard messages and images; 2) snap-in letters, which allows the user to assemble his or her own custom message; or 3) custom logos, messages, and images.

摘要： A combination pressing and initial baking system is provided for converting balls of dough into thin, flat discs, such as tortillas. A box-like support structure is provided having a portion of its frontal wall open and defining a mounting for a first heated pressing plate with its dough contacting face facing downwardly and disposed at a substantial angle to the horizontal. A second heated pressing plate is mounted on horizontal pivots in the box-like support structure for pivotal movement between a pressing position adjacent to and parallel with the downwardly facing surface of the first pressing plate, and a feeding position where the upper ends of the pressing plates are spaced apart to permit the insertion of a ball of dough therebetween. Movement of the second pressing plate to its pressing position effects the pressing and initial baking of the dough in a flat disc shape. The heat input to the dough disc during pressing determines the peripheral area and thickness of the resulting disc. The angle of the second pressing plate relative to the horizontal is always sufficiently large to effect the gravitationally induced sliding of the pressed disc of dough off the second pressing plate and onto a suitable conveyor, for transport into an oven to complete the baking of the disc. The first pressing plate is pivotally mounted on the box-like support structure to permit it to be moved to a position exposing the dough contacting surfaces of both pressing plates for cleaning.

In addition the images are surrounded by a suppressing wall suppressing food product from being inadvertently squashed too much The venting chimneys above each letter are preferably curved, and the images are sharp at the edges with pointy tipped letters/images.

Means of production involves initiating a dough heating process using a heating element source and vibrating the complimentary female half-molds at a frequency that enhances product uniformity and allowing heated gases to escape thus minimizing any seam vestige.
