摘要: A disc brake for a utility vehicle includes an application device, which is positioned in a receiving space of a brake caliper having a caliper housing and a lever dome arranged thereon. The application device has a pivotable brake lever, which is provided with at least one eccentric portion and a lever arm which adjoins the latter, the lever extending approximately parallel to the axis of rotation of the brake disc and projecting into the lever dome. Two brake plungers are mounted axially adjustably in a bridge and, during braking, lie against a brake pad. A readjustment device compensates for a wear-induced change in an air gap. A synchronizing device is connected functionally to the brake plungers and has a traction mechanism drive. The traction mechanism drive is arranged outside the lever dome, wherein strands of the traction mechanism drive are guided around a partial region of the lever dome.

摘要: A valve-arrangement is operable to switch between a bistable-valve (BV) behavior and a relay-valve (RV) behavior to control a parking-brake, and includes a housing with a supply-pressure-inlet (SPI), a service brake-control-inlet (SBCI) to provide a control-pressure, a pressure-outlet, and an exhaust-port, and includes a first-piston and a second-piston both movable along a same direction in the housing to define a first-chamber communicating with the SBCI, a second-chamber between the first-piston and the second-piston, and third chamber communicating with the pressure-outlet and with a controllable connection to the SPI, in which upon the control-pressure the second-piston moves with the first-piston to connect the pressure-outlet with the exhaust-port or with the SPI. The valve arrangement includes a throttle unit adapted, depending on the control-pressure, to connect the second-chamber with the third-chamber to enable the BV behavior or disconnect the second-chamber from the third-chamber to enable the RV behavior.

摘要: A disc brake for a commercial vehicle includes a pneumatic brake cylinder, a brake disc, a brake caliper, an application device and brake pads. The brake caliper engages over the brake disc and the application device, which can be actuated by the brake cylinder, is arranged in the brake caliper, by which the brake pads can be pressed against the brake disc on both sides during braking. An extendable and retractable piston rod of the brake cylinder is in engagement with the brake application device and the brake caliper is detachably fastened to the brake cylinder by a fastening device. The fastening device includes at least one screw with a screw head, a screw shank and an external thread formed on the screw shank and at least one bore formed in or on the brake cylinder with an internal thread, into which the screw shank is screwed with the external thread, wherein the screw head is locked on a counter surface of the brake caliper.
